The problem with self-personality tests is that people are inclined to answer the questions as who they perceive themselves to be, rather than how they actually are. That, and the questions are confusing. I bet over half of the people who are saying they are INTJ are not actually INTJ's. I myself got INTJ as a score by taking a test, and the description kinda sounded like me, but it was off somehow. Enter Phi. INTP here, I'll get around to getting Haru's type. Eventually. I believe it was personality.pages.com, like what Phi said. I looked through it and made sure I examined my personality and thought process critically before deciding. I got ISFP. Which apparently I'm one of four here. In the past I've gotten INTJ, INFJ and others by taking the tests. Anyway I suggest doing that instead of taking a test. It may be hard to self-evaluate, but unless INTJ was somehow considered "superior" I'd imagine error would come about randomly instead of directed. My ideal is certainly not INTP. Witty signatures are hard to think of.

People believe INTJ to be superior 1. because it is a rare personality type to have 2. it implies you're an eccentric genius and 3. because eccentric geniuses like Nikola Tesla were INTJ's. It's kinda dumb, especially considering that obtaining your 'real' personality type gives insight into oneself, but people do it cuz they want to be different and special. Same reason a lot of people claim they have asbergers if they're introverted. This is why I think going to personalitypages.com and being brutally honest with oneself is the best way to find our actual personality type.
