Josh July 18, 2012 July 18, 2012 Watched the pony Tupla simulator, had lulz. Ended up here after my curiosity got the best of me. Now, thanks to tulpa.info 1) My girlfriend thinks i'm crazy and 2) I know that tulpae do, in fact, not work that way
The Ping July 23, 2012 July 23, 2012 Linked here through /b/ on a thread that belonged on /x/ Reply has ended. You can stop reading now.
mintybutts July 25, 2012 July 25, 2012 Was browsing the /jp/ catalog yesterday and saw one of the "Why don't you have a tulpa /jp/?" threads. Because of the mass amount of shitposting going on a few days before that I almost skipped over it but I'm pretty glad I didn't since all of this sounds pretty cool.
NanaTama July 29, 2012 July 29, 2012 about tulpae in general: I don't browse /x/ frequently but check it once in a while, about a year ago i found one of those threads described by acid, there was the guy with the michael jackson tulpa (he called him 'mikey'), although those were more about supernatural tulpae instead of the 'logical' approach. Found the topic interesting but never went into it like now. about this site: Was checking thread simulators and came across the tulpa one, went curious and made some google searches, came across glitch's tumblr, then bluesleeve's and finally followed one of his links.
Vagabond July 29, 2012 July 29, 2012 My father already told me about that a looong time ago. He just mentioned it by th way though, while he was trying to explain me the importance of self-controol. And used the buddhist thoughtforms as an example to prove the effectiveness of self-manipulation. he didn't use the name "tulpa" though, and I didn't remember it until recently: Basically, in another forum (A forum that started out as a steam community for bronies and by now basically takes anyone that is either interested in pony or in vidiya) They had a thread where someone wanted to create a Rainbow Dash based sextoy servitor (Guesss how quikckly he gave up on it. :P ) And the thread started flourishing, waking the interests of many and inspiring them to inform themselves and try it out seriously, me being amongst them. Aaaand, i think that's about it. ^_^
Knapp July 29, 2012 July 29, 2012 Huh, I thought I wrote in here before. Anyway, re-read that creepypasta a few months ago, then came across a Tulpa-thread on /x/ where they said "go lurk on Tulpa.info fagets". So I did, and I started to work on my Tulpa. Then I decided to join the lovely forum with all you charming and interesting people. WhiiteRussian July 30, 2012 July 30, 2012 Anyone else here come from /fit/? EDIT: There was a thread about a guy who was sentenced to prison for 20 years and he was asking about how he could stay in shape. There was some post about how he might as well learn how to create thoughtforms and to visit this site.
412 August 1, 2012 August 1, 2012 a friend of mine who lurks /mlp/ sent me this: http://ltt.zanacross.co.uk/tulpa/ and that's pretty much it.
Gracenote August 6, 2012 August 6, 2012 I was in /MLP/ on 4chan and saw the word pop up. Being a writer, I take every opportunity I can to document words I do not know and then find the definition of them. I was intrigued with what i found when I googled what it was, and eventually I stumbled upon this place. ^_^
