So I had the idea to finish the rest of a book with my Tulpa, in hopes that he'll say his first words when I'm finished. So I guess I passive forced for TWO hours? I'm proud to say I kept his form in mind for two whole hours, only stopping at dramatic scenes but getting back into it. I was also talking to him about some really good scenes and asked for his opinion..no answer. But at least it helped me figure out how to multitask while thinking about him. I just imagined him as a pulsating orb. I'll try to get him to talk again some time tonight..

Thanks for the encouragement! I get disappointed when he doesn't answer but that's not a good mood to try to develop him in lol. So I perk up and tell him it's alright, I'll be able to hear him soon. After all, he's only 3 days old now

That does sound like pretty good practice regardless of the results.

 

Also keep in mind the communication thing is two way. It's possible for a tulpa to be fully capable of speech but the host be unable to hear them. Not to be hard on either of you, but something you can hopefully use to fight off the disappointment and help keep things more balanced between the two of you.

 

Keep up the good work, we'll be looking forwards to hearing from both of you when you guys get your communication down.

Oh, yeah. I tell him I know he's speaking to me, but I'll be able to understand and hear him soon. I just woke up and said good morning and showed him around my room. Then apologized for the mess. No response so I parroted him once. Maybe I'll read again and it'll do something good this time. And I like this place better than Tumblr, so I'll settle here ^^

You should make a Progress Report for informing people of your progress, and sometimes even asking questions. General discussion and questions can go in their respective boards, but to prevent clutter personal progress goes in the Progress Reports section.

 

Good job on keeping him in mind while reading for two hours by the way, that's definitely good forcing.
