Yeah... When I was first working on my tulpa (a few days in), I (thought I) realized that the process I was using (Fede's; sorry Fede) wasn't working. So, instead of simply switching the process, I (possibly retardedly) made some changes to her personality and changed her name (from Ria to Lyrra).

 

I thought that was the end of it; however, recently, the multiple answers I've been getting occasionally while working on Lyrra have escalated into full-blown conflicting answers, and I think that Lyrra said that she 'felt' another 'presence' once, though I may have misheard her.

 

So, did I accidentally make 2 tulpas/tulpae/tulpi, or am I just going crazy?

This is likely happening because you expect it to happen.

If you convince yourself that it's just one tulpa again, that'll probably work.

Unless you're far along enough that you don't want to make any changes.

It's called intrusive thoughts. They invade the tupper's words rampantly, and make it hard to decode the true answer.

And thanks for the answers, I think I got it worked out. I made an ultimatum, if you will, that Lyrra is the only one sharing my mind. And I'll be trying some tones and stuff to help focus my mind.

I think it would be very easy to make two Tulpas that way. Mine have been there basically right from the start of their making with their own thoughts etc.

 

Maybe instead of ignoring an energy creation you have made and possibly having that energy just sitting there with you for a very long time. .. maybe it would be better to put some time into thinking of it being merged with the other (esp since they should be similar anyway).

That's what happened to me and now i have twin tulpas, Konata and Isabella. Isabella was constantly terrified of making me aware of her existence in case I dissolved her, as I only intended to have one tulpa, however i believe i have made no mistakes in making my tulpas, just happy accidents :)
