So I was having trouble visualising and for I have no idea what reason I decided to google it and discovered your brain needs to be producing alpha waves to visualise things. Anyway I decide I need to really relax so I went and had a really hot shower and laid down to get ready(I find I can't do it any other way except laying down. I try and make sure I'm not tired so I won't go to sleep).

I thought I might try some daydreaming of my daydream world(what I like to call my fantasy world) to help get me prepared. And just as things were beginning to form it occurred to me that even when I daydream it's in 3rd person view and when I visualise with Alex, it always comes out as like a 3rd person camera view. It's like I watch myself interact with her rather than actually doing it. So.....how could I fix this cause now it just bugs me that it's all in third person?

When I read books, it's like the movie version of it runs in my head and the same thing happens there to.

Just slap the "camera" you're looking through where your eyes are?

The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)

I usually use third person when working on the wonderland layout and switch to first person when working on my tulpa.

I mostly do this too, though it doesn't bother me. If it does though, try first working out what a first-person perspective would look like. Take a look at your wonderland and where you see yourself looking, and figure out what your field of vision should look like. Then, once you've got that, force yourself to see that.

Alternatively, you could try 'pulling' your perspective into your apparent head, à la moving video game cameras. Or you could try some symbolism like looking at a screen connected to an imaginary head-mounted camera, or something like that.
