I used FAQ_Man's guide to make my first tulpa. I used to be OCD about hour counts. It didn't affect anything much really.

My opinions are all subject to change.

I think a lot of FAQ was in my super special unique method wow as well, but I didn't really stress about any shit so everything's fine.

The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)
