What Should I do?

I had started making my first tulpa quite a while ago, and I gave up on it. I'm now making a new one, she´s already moving around, changing the wonderland occasionaly, and now, my first tulpa has appeared in my wonderland again. How could my old one just appear again? How am I supposed to force 2 non vocal tulpas? I have felt emotional responses, but now I´m never sure from which of the two it came from, and not alot has happened ever since my first appeared. I´ve told them that I´ll regulary force, so nothing horrible can happen to them, and it seems they aren´t mad at me. I have no clue what to do while forcing. Should I do force personality on them?

Just for curiosity, what "process" did you follow to create your first tulpa? On what did you work most? Anyway, continue to force regardless, it could be a temporary problem.

If you're having trouble handling both of them, pick one to focus on most. I would typically pick whichever seems farther along, or if they have some way of discussing it among themselves and communicating a decision to you. Give the other enough attention they they don't regress, or you can put one into stasis for a while -- but don't forget about them.

 

Focus on the one tulpa until farther along, then start focusing more attention on the other. Optimally you should get the first far enough that you can work together on the second.

 

Alternatively, focus more on one or the other on alternating days. Leave one in the wonderland with plenty of entertainment while you do whatever with the other one. Next day, do the opposite.
