Visualizing Places and people

Is it safe for my tulpa and I, during a forcing session, to go to real places and interact with real people like celebrities. I don't want anymore tulpas at least not now, so is it okay for me to do this?

Why not. You're not gonna end up with more tulpas unless you let them become tulpas.

Sure. They'll just work like the people you meet in dreams. They're the mental models you have of these people, or if you meet random strangers they get generated on the spot and vanish when you leave them behind. As such, random people probably won't be as interesting as models of real people or characters, unless you're good at making up random characters on the spot.
