I'm really, really sorry if this was asked before, I used the search thingy but it's really weird.

Anyway, I'm having trouble with my wonderland. I'm not even sure if I have one. I don't fully understand it.

Yeah, in my head I can imagine a tree. Easy. Now what? It seems like I'm not going into my mind at all, or something. Is it supposed to be like that? If so, then I really can't see how it would be useful at all. If it's supposed to actually be a place you can go, then how?

I think it would be really useful for building sentience or something, since a tulpa can change the wonderland. Since she isn't communicating with me in any way at all (she spoke once, 5 months ago), it may be a way for us to get to know each other better, and it'd be a nice place for us to interact later on.

At first it will feel like you're just imagining things. It won't feel like anything special.

The wonderland trains visualization and spontaneity. As time goes on, you'll notice it becoming more vivid, and things happening with less and less conscious control by you. These are things that will help your tulpa to grow.

There are other ways to train these things -- more direct ways, even -- but a lot of people have fun with the wonderland, and the whole process is easier if you're having fun.

There's some more information in this post, but you don't really need it. Just have fun with it, and if you'd rather not do it, know that you're not setting yourself back or anything.

"'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"

You need to consistently reinforce the solidity of the image and dimensions of your wonderland. Not just the images and colors, but textures and such.

Remember that things will never come to you very fast, but the more you practice, the more solid your wonderland will become. Specifically, you should practice imposing yourself into the wonderland and "feeling" everything while sitting still in the physical plane.

[align=center]Even though my username is that of my tulpa, Quilten, my name is Phaneron, the host, who does all of the actual posting.
