Ideas for looking after multiple tulpa

Freedom1

Question

Introduction

These tips are to help those out there that are getting overwhelmed by the number of tulpa they have, and like my self are unwilling to make any of their tulpa "dormant" or to dissipate any of them. It covers a couple of tricks I've encountered to help give attention to all of them at once, and methods for dividing your time among them all.

Index

1: Method one, Living area

2: Method two, In the room

3: Dividing your time

1: Method one

This is a fairly simple method, that doesn't require you to be able impose, or even require a massive skill in visualisation (though the second helps), all you need to be able to do is picture yourself and your tulpa in a room or open space together, focus more on listening to them and paying attention to what they're doing, at first then work on talking to them and moving around the room yourself once that becomes easier.

2: Method two

This method is similar to the first and is easier if you can impose, though again it's not needed, and in fact helps with imposition.

Imagine all your tulpa in the room with you, move around and have them follow you talk with you and do things with you (as best as they can with out a physical body that is) and interact with each other

3: Dividing your time

Even with the use of the above methods your tulpa will still want and possibly need one on one time with you.

You could force them one after another every day or alternate days.

I've found both have pros and cons, and it really depends on three things, how much time you have, how many tulpa you have and how long you can force straight. If you want to force all of them every day, I'd suggest looking at the time you have first to see if it's sensible and taking short brakes in between, to avoid tiring your mind.

If you don't have the time for forcing all of them daily, or lack the ability to force long enough, and chose to force alternate days, I'd recommend writing something to help remember who's what day, or just to remember the order if you can't actively force everyday.

Hope this helps

Approved for Tips and Tricks.

Some spelling/grammar issues remain, such as those pointed out by Sands (like "my self").

The 'guide' itself is quite redundant and boils down to just paying attention to your tulpas and spending time with them, which is a fine tip, but also something anyone with a tulpa should already know.

The real challenge of dealing with multiple tulpas isn't really touched as it's something that's difficult to explain in any guide - being able to sense that many thought streams, varying emotions and the dynamics between them can be a bit overwhelming, and the only way of learning to get used to it is to just do it more.

Brian: It seems our brain's solution is to keep Reanna connected to us even though we're separate from her. We also constructed our headspace in a way that allows unofficial members to leave and go long periods without interaction. (I like to say that official members are the ones who can tolerate Reanna's fear of us dissipating.)

Virtual reality has worked for us .... in the past we just imagined something akin to a Star Trek Holodeck and imagined an adventure that included us all.

When we got video games consoles they were fascinated and wanted to stay in the background watching (thereby all learning and actively pracistising being co-conscious) They would then go and recreate that world in our internal Holodecks so were still active when whoever was hosting was dealing wiith external life  - to make things easier for External Host (EH) to concentrate at work etc they would be disconnected from the inside whilst at work/college etc.

Some reached the stage they wanted to be able to work the controller themselves and they learned 'possession' of the hands and communicated more actively with host via telepathy so no external people heard us 'talking to ourself' (when we lived with others).  A couple perfected that art and have become able to fully front some prefer to share the body as they just enjoy the experience of being close to host and sharing the experience of being in the outside world with them.

Now current EH (Lily) lives alone and spends most days alone two of us come out daily to give her companionship and help. Many of our system (past 'version of host' alters created from trauma) have re-integrated so we're now a smaller system but also the fact most of those left are changelings who can be whatever is needed helps. It also gives those Tulpa's choice over who or what they want to be ...some eventually choose one form over others, some just enjoy being able to switch form and have very active imaginations choosing to spend most of their time in the Internal Holodecks.

When I can't do much they join me just watching TV..we like to watch quiz shows then they can just shout out the answers and practise possession of voice or they just send the thought to me if even that is too much.

or we like to watch nature documentaries too or YT videos on open world games for the scenery so they can get inspiration for Holodeck programs that they can run or fly in.

If we do see a game we like I get them so we can play them as its something we can do when I don't have much energy and can lie on sofa or in bed playing.  Often they just like to play on the character creation screen to show me what they want to look like.

They come out with me when I'm walking my dog I use a mobility scooter and they like the experience of 'going for a ride'..I don't drive so we don't get very far afield..most of our travels have to be in our imagination getting information from TV shows or games.

We like to take photo's and have talked about an art project of our favourite nature reserve but haven't had the energy to get started yet.

Isolation worked for us as I didn't have to worry about anyone seeing me 'talking to myself' I just talked to them about whatever I was doing. They both made the most progress throughout the pandemic in getting from only living in the inner world to being able to co-host and front.

Started with Lena.... studied how conjoined twins operated who worked half a body each, focused on meditation and blending in and out to different degrees first, then posession ..twitch one finger...  press a button so we worked a controller together etc. (them doing the smallest/easiest movement to start) and building up.

We had to take a break while Jess hadn't quite reached ability to switch due to bit of an CFS (chronic fatigue) crash but she's now recently been able to achieve fronting independantly and we're working on the 4 'insiders' now energy levels are recovering!!  🙂
