Well, I've developed my tulpa's personality and sentience however. I keep running into the problem of Visualizing her.

I know its a her, but I haven't given her a form really. Its hard because my whims change and shift and I keep on changing up what form I would like her to have (I know she will change it eventually, probably) and that perhaps we could give her a new form later on, but a part of me keeps thinking (First form = Last form = Only form). So say I would envision her as an anime character (an OC for example) but then my mind would change and envision her as a cat or a regular human and it just doesn't seem to stay on one form.

My question is does anyone know how to decide on what form you want for your tulpa at least as a beginning form?

My advice concerning this has always been the same: start out with a small, simple form that doesn't have a lot of detail. Think a ball of light, or like Navi from the Legend of Zelda. Something easy for your mind to get around. Then, once your tulpa has the ability and volition to chose their own form, they can decide on something they like. This gives them more freedom in the matter as well as more time to think it over and develop as a whole.

What he said also first form doesn't equal final form. It can potentially change and grow as your tulpa changes and grows but once you both find something that you like it should stick.

Do what he said and just go from there. It's not something that has to be decided right now or overnight even. Take your time and don't worry.

I gotcha. Don't worry, you'll get used to it eventually. It's one of the things that isn't familiar with many people, so it takes some time to get comfy with.
