Well, for starters, don't make your tulpa a pillow. I've seen some try do experiments where they would try to give sentience to an object in their own mind, but I think that would be pretty limiting. I mean, you'll have to carry the pillow around and you can't take your pillow everywhere, unless you don't mind what other people think about you.

I have 10 tulpas, but I'm only actively working on Reah, my first tulpa currently.

I have merged your identical thread from 6 months ago. Your question has already been answered—imposition is the only way to see a physical object for something that it is not. There are several imposition guides that can be read.

In light of that, and to keep this from turning into a bunch of silliness, I am locking this thread.
