AlienLoveSecrets January 31, 2017 Share January 31, 2017 (Awesome Tune) Wow, I really dig this! I really love how much the percussion grooves, while taking such a simplistic, bare-minimum approach. What genre is this considered? Here's what I believe is the most underrated recent group: iamthemorning. They combine elements of prog-rock with classical chamber music, and the results are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend listening to all of their latest album, Lighthouse. [video=youtube] EDIT: I heavily suggest listening to the title track of the album as well. I can only insert one video per post, and was heavily torn between sharing that, or "Harmony". "Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, Old Time is still a-flying; And this same flower that smiles today Tomorrow will be dying."
Vos January 31, 2017 Share January 31, 2017 It's experimental [insert genre here]-rock, which doesn't give you much to go on. Gotye's slower stuff is pretty similar, though. Also, your video isn't available.
