Is narrating a type of forcing? Because I do a lot of narrating and I'm worried if narrating doesn't count as forcing my tulpa won't develop quickly.

Narrating is passive forcing.

Passive forcing is forcing your tulpa while not specifically focusing on them.

My Three Mind Horses

Haven: Tulpa #1

Created on 10-28-14

Aphelion: Tulpa #2

Created on 2-25-15

Chimera: Self Proclaimed Thoughtform

Created on: Can't remember. Sometime around Easter of 2017.

Warning: I am a huge nerd.

Not that there's anything wrong with passive forcing, mind you. The majority of all my tulpas' development came from passive forcing.

Pinky is not a pony. She's an imp.

Sunray is an angel-imp. Ex is humanoid. Kael is a dragon. Magnum is a dog.

Isn't narrating while sitting with eyes closed and focusing solely on one's tulpa considered active forcing?

I know that if you close your eyes, and only focus on your tulpa, that is considered active forcing but I dont know if I have to think about specific things about my tulpa

like personality or visualization.

really, how long did it take for your tulpas to fully develop just by passive forcing?

well when I'm active forcing do I think about specific things about my tulpa?
