Cas and Sam's adventures

[Stanheights]

Today wasn't much better honestly, but I'll try more today because I feel better.

 

I did talk to Sam during school from time to time, but I was just so focused on friends and doing schoolwork that I didn't have much time.

 

But like I said, I'll try today. I'll probably visit him at around 4-4:30 and then talk to him throughout the rest of the day.

 

And since I don't have anything to do this weekend I'll make sure to spend some extra time with Sam, just like I did last weekend.

Alright, this weekend I'm gonna try and meditate every day and I'm also gonna try and talk to Sam more and just have him around. Yes.

 

Today was better, but it felt a bit hard to get "contact" with him. But we did talk a little which was nice.

 

This weekend I'm gonna try super hard. Like I will, because I don't want Sam to be lonely or sad.

I think yesterday went okay, and most of today has been going well, too.

 

I do realize I gotta talk to Sam more, though, because I've kinda started to suck at that.

 

I'll try harder. (Also, I might not update anymore today because of things.)

Okay, so, this weekend has been really lazy.

 

I've just done nothing basically, and I haven't even talked that much to Sam.

 

We kinda went on an "adventure" yesterday before I fell asleep, though. I usually dream up different scenarios before I fell asleep so I decided to take Sam with me in one of those yesterday. It was kinda fun I think.

 

Also, I woke up at around 1 am last night and I remember asking Sam what time it was. He said 2 am or pm, I think. So.. yeah, that's about it with the talking yesterday.

 

I have tried to talk to him today and I'll keep trying.

I think I forgot to mention that me and my class have this "work experience" thing for two weeks now.

 

I'll be working at the second hand store here in town from 10 to 5 pm, so I'm not entirely sure if I'll be able to meditate too much. I mean, I'll obviously try to get around 10 minutes or so every day (except for today, because today I took a day off because of reasons), and I'll also try to talk to Sam.

 

It feels like we're kind of 'stuck' right now, but we'll get through it I think. I'll just have to put more work into it.

Today went surprisingly well!

 

I worked at the second hand store and tried to talk to Sam as much as possible, and I think it went pretty alright. I feel a bit more confident about talking to him now.

 

At one point he said "hi old man" to some older man who was there. I mean, he obviously didn't hear him but it was still pretty cool to hear that.

 

I'm not gonna meditate today because I feel pretty tired, but I will keep trying to talk and whatnot.

I think we made some more progress today!

 

I've started to feel Sam's presence more again which I think is really good. I have to admit, I really suck at talking to him while doing things (like being around other people for example), but I think I might be getting a bit better at it now.

 

We did some heavy lifting at work today and I did quite a lot of running to get things and stuff, but when it was quiet enough and when I wasn't doing anything I said something to Sam or tried to feel him around me.

 

And at 2 I went into town with my dad to have a talk with this doctor about my mental health and general health, things like that. During that time I didn't exactly talk or look at Sam much, because I think a doctor would find that a bit strange, like if someone who was there appeared to be looking at nothing. I mean, Sam was around there, but it's not like a doctor or anyone can notice him or knows of his existence really.

 

While the doctor was checking my blood pressure (For like.. the 4th time, I don't even know why he did it so many times) I talked a bit to Sam and at one point he was sitting by the doctor's desk and he said something silly I can't really remember.

 

I'm really happy we're making some progress, even though it's not much. I won't meditate today either and I probably won't for this whole work thing, but I'll still keep going with the talking and stuff.

Today went about as well as yesterday, I think.

 

I got a bit confused a couple of times because I didn't know if Sam was thinking or if it was me, I mean I am pretty sure it was me those times, but sometimes I get a little "???" about who's thinking something or saying something. Gotta get better at telling the difference between our thoughts.

 

One thing that we did today was put our hands together to form a heart. Like, one of his hands and one of mine. That was kinda cute. Then we high-fived but I don't think we actually did it because I probably pulled my hand away too fast. And Sam said we didn't high-five soo.. yeah, we failed at that. That's fine, though.

 

This weekend I might meditate. I mean, I'm probably gonna take my ADD medication which helps me concentrate, so if I do that I might meditate. Or at least talk more to Sam. Yes.

I'd say tonight was pretty successful.

 

At one point I read a post about zodiac things and I asked Sam what he thought about the thing it said about his sign, and I heard pretty clearly "not accurate". I asked him if I could write "not accurate but ok" in the tags when I reblogged it and he said that was fine.

 

And at another point when I saw some bunnies and asked him what he thought he said "nice". It's pretty great to get some.. 'new' answers, I guess? I mean, from my perspective these couple of months we've been a 'team' I guess I could say I've learned that Sam doesn't really talk too much. It could also just be me being really bad at listening and hearing, but most of the time he doesn't say too much. I guess we can work on that, though, if it's need working on.

 

But yeah, new replies are always nice. Can't wait to hear new things from him tomorrow.
