How to Increase my Visualization?

Without using Rasznir's Guide. My Visualization is so terrible, I can't even see the canvas and the numbers to do the exercise! And for the worst of all, I can't even see that ''Fuzzy gray form'' of JD's guide! Help?

Also, I'm sure when you find a breakthrough with another method(s), you might refer back to the guide you seemed to have struggle with, and it may become a bit easier. Persevere in the valley of the suck, and you'll get some gains.

There's a definite link between visualization and artistic ability. The more you draw, the easier it should be to visualize.

*Phew* I actually draw stuff with a pencil every day, So I celebrate about knowing that. ;)
