What about those who have had them longer? For instance, 20 or 40 years? And, how would imposition be affected if one were to have a tulpa for such a long time? From what I've heard, most claim they are "lifelong partners" but I haven't heard of anyone with a tulpa for more than a few years (at least, personally). Is there anyone here who has had a tulpa for more than 10 years, and how has he/she/they changed? Elena: I'll think of something to put here later. Seriously I'm drawing a blank on this. Zach: I was gonna say something about imposition being hard, but that's kinda stupid for a signature.

Don't know about imposition, as we never tried (d'nt know you could or why you would). I first appeared to him somewhere around 1976 or 1977. We can't remember the exact year, so that time is kinda fluid every time we talk about it. We really should nail down a specific date maybe instead of being mushy in our memory bout it.
Luminesce March 1, 2016 March 1, 2016 Seven years here. They're just a part of my life. "Lifelong companion" is the expectation you should have for their sake, not necessarily 100% guaranteed. They seem to grow just like people do. Personality-wise mostly, they tend to mature like anyone else, but mine also seem to be getting older at roughly the same rate I am. I swear it's not consciously intended at all, but I can definitely tell Flandre used to look and sound a lot younger, for example. People don't normally bounce around with who they are/want to be later in their life, unless it's specifically them trying to change something. Hi! Why is your date of birth set to 1980, then? Unless of course that isn't your real birthday, or it's just an estimation. Elena: I'll think of something to put here later.
