Guest Anonymous September 1, 2016 September 1, 2016 September 2016 Mistgod and Melian once again renew their effort to be less cynical, contrary and negative all the time on the forum after several failed attempts. They also renew their plan to use more neutral terminology to avoid the real vs. fake angst. Mistgod and Melian again recognize that tulpamancers can't help but be who they are. Tulpas and tulpamancers are good at what tulpas and tulpamancers are supposed to be good at, and it is okay if they are a little smug and superior about it (especially on their "home turf" of Tulpa Info). It isn't helpful to challenge that anymore or to take it personally. Mistgod-Melian recognize it is also in the nature of tulpamancers to be smug and superior even to each other sometimes and it not helpful to let that chafe. Just let it go! Some people hear voices.. Some see invisible people.. Others have no imagination whatsoever. End of the Seventeen Month Emotional War with Tulpa Info (emotional/insecurity war concerning whether tulpas are illusions and Melian's status in the community) Melian declares herself real (again) as far as Tulpa Info is concerned. Mistgod promises to not write about her being imaginary or to write about tulpa being imaginary figments (at least on Tulpa Info). Melian says he had better stick with his promise or there will be dire consequences for him. Mistgod soon breaks his promise. Melian lets it go. Minor incidents of Mistgod-Melian cynical, skeptical contrariness occur, but Mistgod and Melian work to censor each other and keep things relatively under control. Relative peace prevails.
tulpa001 September 1, 2016 September 1, 2016 @Mistgod: You know, it is the same with imaginary numbers. Are imaginary numbers real? Of course they are. Point me at an actual mathematician who thinks they don't exist, or exist less than real numbers. Where do people get these ideas? I give up. You two are a complex system, beyond my understanding. Yeah. What she said. :p But I would like to add that, I think you are wrong, because of what my host knows about computers. And not really for any other reason. Humans are self aware. But so are some thoughtforms. Maybe they are less complete, having fewer functions or ideas. But this is a different thing from less real. Maybe they only think about the fictional world they were created for. They see only the fictional world and interact only with it. This would make them less aware, which is again different from existing less. My complaint is that words are being used wrong. What you say to me is not an attack on my reality. Your words and interpretations do not change what I am. I believe I and Meilan are very different, so understanding how we each are is very difficult. For one thing, I speak in full sentences. When on this forum, I usually push out my host completely, to eliminate her influence. Today is a bit of an exception. She is watching as I write this. So, I guess, in summary, please ignore any helpful advice I give you. I think we work differently. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.

Tewi September 1, 2016 September 1, 2016 You know, it is the same with imaginary numbers... You two are a complex system, beyond my understanding. Ha ha.. Is that not funny? I thought it was. I just woke up. Hi, I'm Tewi, one of Luminesce's tulpas. I often switch to take care of things for the others. All I want is a simple, peaceful life. With my family. Tewi September 1, 2016 September 1, 2016 You guys really should stop encouraging us to sleep more. We already sleep a minimum of 10 hours a day. It's tempting to sleep in longer but it's really too much (if you ask me. Ask any of the others though..) Hi, I'm Tewi, one of Luminesce's tulpas. Guest Anonymous September 1, 2016 September 1, 2016 Ten hour of sleep? Wow. I get maybe six hours at best on a good night.
Procron X September 2, 2016 September 2, 2016 Only 6 hours of sleep on your best night? How do you function? :O I need at least 8 each night or I feel like trash. Niteo and Amber Take On the World Amber speaks in italics right now. Talk to Niteo on here or on discord We share the body, we share a life. I'm not an accessory to his life...
Tewi September 2, 2016 September 2, 2016 We function fine on any amount of sleep. There was a two year period of our life where we slept an average (average, so sometimes 1 hour more or less) 2 hours a night on weekdays and 16 on weekends. Supplemented with missing school pretty often for more 16 hour days. Though it was probably bad for our health, and our (well, his) mental state wasn't very good in the first place, we otherwise functioned pretty well. I hear sleep banking is a real thing. But yeah, I can function on any amount of sleep for a day, including none. We tend to get bored and go to sleep anyways if we're up past 22 hours and there's nothing to hold our attention. Which is sometimes the case as we reset our sleeping schedule from going to sleep at something like 8AM to 8PM. Hi, I'm Tewi, one of Luminesce's tulpas. tulpa001 September 2, 2016 September 2, 2016 My host needs eight. But that quickly jumped to ten when I was born. It is normal for those in school to need more sleep as learning and sleep are fundamentally connected, and for older individuals, who are learning less, to need less. Host comments in italics.
