Lumi's Dreaming Thread; Dreams of Moon

Don't know what to say. Today was terrible, I'll say that much. My sleeping schedule isn't one. As much as I'd like to sleep for four hours and fix that, I really need to just lie in bed for a long time.

My day wasn't bad :)

Well, friends and I played the like worst game of TF2 in the history of ever, but everything else was ok. I'm havin' fun.

 

I will pay specific attention to our dreams tonight because I think they've been interesting recently and I'm legit entertained by them, personally

friends attempted TF2 again and it went equally horribly so I'm not playing that anymore for a while. But it was still a fun day.

 

our dreams are just weird. Not like weird weird, just weird! It's like you literally picked up a random movie and watched it, every time you fall asleep. Sometimes our dreams seem like they were tangentially related to our day, but like last night, just full on movie scenario where I wasn't even the main character, it was just her perspective

 

anyways, gonna sleep in late (stayed up late) to try n fix schedule some, cus friends won't be here today. I'll try to remember dreams etc. etc. but can't wake up too much later on etc. etc. good morning

I had a few dreams I remembered, but I don't remember them now, because I thought about just one of them too much. So, I had a dream that Suwako was being asked if&which of the gods she would "spend the rest of her life with" (she's a god herself so that sounds like a long time). Each one was posed as having benefits, I can't remember the earlier examples but they were basically related to what that god was the god of. Options literally ranged from "God of time" to "God of the moon" or "God of nature", I think maybe they weren't so balanced lol. But she seemed skeptical of any of them, because it was implied the other gods wouldn't like her if she chose someone else, so I guess she wouldn't have chosen anyone in the end.

 

When I was thinking about the dream afterwards (gotta thank the mind for putting a toho in a dream) and talking to Tewi about it, I realized it was actually caused by what I was thinking about in the small amount of time I was awake before it. So, sometimes I kinda wish I had a friend like me, who was also excited/happy about things a lot. Like, everyone else in our system is kinda relaxed, which is great and I love them anyways. But sometimes you just wanna have someone be excited with you, you know? So I was thinking about potential tulpa/wonderland NPC friends and what they'd be like. But I decided I would rather spend time with the friends I already have. Also, @Universe, happy-excited friend does not have to be in our head, I will gladly take IRL or online!

 

Anyways, I wasn't sure they were related, but when I asked Tewi "Do you think that dream about Suwako choosing someone she'd want to be with forever was because I was just thinking about who I might want as a friend?", the answer was kinda obvious lol. The dream totally romanticized it though, with the emphasis on "forever" and "this person = forsaking everyone else". I was just thinking about like, someone to play in the wonderland with.

 

I managed to sleep til 7PM, so hopefully I can be awake all night and some of the day, then our schedule will be good and I'll try to keep it there.

tbh I'm still thinking about having someone to wonderland with. But being able to do stuff with them in the wonderland is so close to just being able to talk to them in general... And then they're just a tulpa really. I don't wanna make a tulpa. But I do still wish I had someone to play with that was as enthusiastic about stuff as me. Maybe when we lucid dream? Yeah that sounds great actually! The only person I really have in mind is Cirno, because the fairies in Touhou pretty much live to have fun, and Cirno is... uh, "cool", hmm. Well if it's a lucid dream I could have all the friends I want. Whole Team ⑨ or something.

 

Well, that would be way in the future either way. I wanna spend time with Lumi, Tewi, Reisen and Flan first!

I always wanna say "I don't remember what I dreamed about, but I dreamed", even though dreaming is a given. ~Everyone dreams, even if they don't remember them. But it's more like saying I was kinda aware of my dreams, I just forgot them as I woke up. Well anyways, I'm up way later today. So I will probably wake up late enough to basically have woken up "early".

 

Here's an old classic Stebbins song! It's about Rumia, a youkai who supposedly eats humans, and is always surrounded by darkness. She likes to say "Is that so~?" (So nanoka?)

idek, I took a "nap" for 6 hours to try to be able to sleep when my friend went to sleep tonight and he's going right now, so I'ma try too. I didn't post yesterday because I wasn't sure if I would be able to fall asleep or not but I did, now to see if I can fall asleep this time too 9 hours later. mb

 

I did remember dreams around when I woke up, and I remembered thinking something about them retrospectively, but idk what I thought oh well
