here is my guide

step 1: be lonely, or have some feeling of lonely.
step 2: any object that can easily be hugged, i used a pillow.
step 3: mentally talk to the inanimate object, repeatedly, over a period of time. thinking of any responses that might come back
step 4: you may have a half baked tulpa now, you could develop it more i suppose, but to me it felt like i was just a schizophrenic playing with myself.
step 5: tulpa thing is now made.

this will probably get rejected cause its so simple, no wonder the 20 essay guides go through easily, this method worked for me and i had said "tulpa" for a year.
abandoned them after cause of the playing with myself feeling being annoying and detrimental.
perhaps this will also be a "troll post", if only there was a definition of troll that isnt based on moderator's bias(es).

Yeah, honestly. If you're done with this stuff, then pack up and leave. It's like you quit your job but still hang around the office and complain.
