[The Redacted System]

We've been on and off practicing imposition for more than a year now. Our goal is not to just impose a headmate, but to be able to visualize anything as a hallucination (aka prophantasia). The point of the log is to keep track of small discoveries, break-throughs, etc so that we can write resources on the topics in the future.

 

Our current level of imposition - we can see any image we want (unless it takes the entire visual field) but only for a spit second, and the vividness varies. A lot to improve but still better than nothing! Not really relevant, but we also have hyperphantasia

We're following r/curephantasia's guides (basically trying to hold a positive afterimage for as long as possible). Did an hour of practice and found a few things.

Making myself believe I can already do what I am training to do gave me a small boost. And 'dragging' the image (whose afterimage I'm trying to prolong) with my eyes helped too.

Honestly, it's frustrating. Whenever we do these exercises, the hardly noticeable progress drives us crazy. But oh well, I suppose that's what this log is partially for, to help with remaining persistent.

Body fell sick so we were unable to do as much practice as we would've liked. Due to that, I feel like we can maintain the afterimages slightly worse, but oh well.
