How Honest Are You?

I love psychological horror! Mikhael & I love writing it, but sometimes I worry it could be taken outta context. I mean, even if I'm writing from my own experiences, if I DARE to have Mikhael write a story about a paranoid schizophrenic who kills people, normies don't see it as a metaphor for a struggle or an expressive fantasy. They see it as exploiting the ~mentally ill~ like I'm gonna drag down the cause by 50yrs for expressing my dang self.

 

How dare anything those kinda people write be anything but fluffy, healthy cute garbage! Sometimes life is a horror story, mates. But imma stop before I get heated enough for tumblr to come & lynch me.

Have you ever had doubts about the legitimacy of your Tulpa/e?

Lots. I still have lots of doubts now. All the times I've asked her to surprise me, I could see it coming half a second before it happened. I mean, it doesn't feel like I'm parroting her anymore, but who knows? I do doubt her, but I don't let it ruin our relationship. I've read a bunch of threads on this topic and obviously I know the only thing I can do now is keep going until she feels real.

 

Do you have doubts about the legitimacy of your host? I am a profound believer that life is a lie and we are the only ones that exist. just kidding

It seems like a common belief that due to being unable to fully prove other people are 'real' without being in the exact same mindspace... It's one Johannes in particular struggles with.

 

But if everyone thinks this way, is that simply a programmed response other false people use to reassure you that you, in fact, are not alone? What if the programming in false people makes them believe they are not false, but they still are? Does distress from that make them real? Or is it j--you know, that's enough of that for now.

 

Sometimes I have a hard time believing Johannes is legitimately anything but a bizarre fever dream who piloted my body & crashed it around for years while I just sat back & watched, as I grew strong enough to learn from his mistakes without experiencing them on my own.

Asian parents are strict and want only good marks from their children. I mean, I don't know any asian parents, so how would I know? It could be true.

Homeschool parents under the Christian umbrella are miniature insane cults. The whole prairie-skirt, long-haired girls, buzzcut guys & forbidding kids from having access to the outside world or outside opinions? It's all that & worse.
