So basically I'm in the first week and have a couple questions.

( on a side note I am in High School and have a very cluttery schedule, I try to meditate for about 10-15 minutes every night)

1: Is it okay if I put most visualization effort in during the weekends. (I am still talking to my Tulpa very often)

2: I do usually have at least some odd head feelings during the day, especially when I am narrating. I assume this is a good thing.

3: Around how long should I visualize, I do put most effort into weekends/holidays.

4: Should I wait longer to visualize, as a person who over thinks things sometimes. This would be a great thing to know.

Thank you for any helpful comments / constructive criticisms.

Yes

Sure

However long you want

Whichever you want, things don't have to be timed a particular way, whatever works best for you.

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

1. When you do it matters little. As long as the quality of the forcing doesn't suffer, then it's just as fine as doing it any other time.

2. If especially when you are narrating, then surely. I wouldn't necessarily attribute all of the weird feelings throughout the day to your tulpa, but if you get them frequently during narration, then that is likely a good sign.

3. However long you're willing to. There isn't really a minimum, but if you only do it for 10 minutes a day, you'll likely not get very far, very fast. I try to never have sessions under 30 minutes, and tend to spend time with my tulpa in one way or another, either every day, or every other.

4. I'm not sure what you mean, exactly. I don't see what visualization has to do with being an over-thinker.

If you can fill me in on what you mean, I'd be happy to answer.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

I narrate to my tulpa approximately twenty minutes per day before sleep, and i visualize her sometimes on the day.

I have about 20 hours of work but i cant see some change :P

"Only narrate to your tulpa everyday and not forget of her existance"

Tulpa name: Kiä

Form: Three tails white fox (kitsune) "My image profile"

Sex: Female

Working on: Narration

Sorry if I have some grammatical errors, the english isn't my natal language. It's spanish.

Welcome to Tulpa.info.

Yes. Just don't forget to talk to your tulpa throughout the week.

2: I do usually have at least some odd head feelings during the day, especially when I am narrating. I assume this is a good thing.

I have no idea whether it's good or bad, but it's still a result.

3: Around how long should I visualize, I do put most effort into weekends/holidays.

That's up to you and whatever you can fit into your schedule.

4: Should I wait longer to visualize, as a person who over thinks things sometimes. This would be a great thing to know.

If you find that your thoughts distract you, you might want to take a few minutes before forcing to clear your head through meditation (there are a few guides around. use the search function)
