TulpaCouple December 14, 2013 December 14, 2013 We do have members on this site who don't speak english as their first language, I know you say you aren't bad at grammar, but if you could try to use periods every now and then, it would help people understand you so that you can get the help you need. I would say...well, don't tell people about tulpas, as you can see from your experience quite a few people believe that silly creepypasta, and there is sadly a lot of misunderstandings about multiplicity in the world (thanks to movies everyone thinks anyone who is different from the norm MUST be dangerous or be in danger in some way)... As far as starting over, I can't tell how long you had been attempting to make a tulpa. You can go back to your tulpa and start from the beginning with them just fine, though. If I didn't understand your question I apologize! No need to share any personal information either, just for future reference.
Linkzelda December 14, 2013 December 14, 2013 Don't tell anyone about tulpas if you're not prepared for any potential backlash. Especially when they'll rely on conjecture and weak theories to consider you a potential schizo and other terms people use when they're not informed as much on tulpas. Aspergers, at least based on anecdotes that you can find if you use the search function and type the keyword, "aspergers," barely has any monumental detriment towards tulpa creation. If anything, because one of those symptoms of the individual reveling more into their own reality, that may be a major benefit with active imagination and other modes of critical thinking. There may be disadvantages, but you'll just have to be flexible and adapt. The fact that their only means of informing you on tulpas is the creepypasta just shows how people are naturally inclined to find the worst case scenarios that are merely anecdotes and barely credible. I'm not sure if there's a question within the OP other than fishing for people to tell you that you should be careful of how you spew the world "tulpas" through people who tremble at the thought of the implications of another being within the confines of a person's mind.
