I just recently found a great site (in my opinion) to help me create/understand my tulpa's personality. As I have started recently, I answered the questionnaires based on my feeling of what my tulpa would of answered.

 

I assume that it could also help already developed tulpas grasp their own personalities as well. :)

Not much progress, I'm in no rush though, we got all the time in the world.

Personally, I really like this site as well. I use it a lot for fleshing out character personalities in my writing.
