My buddy Mistgod wanted me to upload this. This is the kid he was at 13 years of age. He was so awkward, socially isolated, introverted and living in fantasy world in his own mind. I think he had gone a day or two without washing his hair here. Yuck. He had the big filthy jacket he always wore, even in the summer time. It was a way to sortof hide himself. He would go out of his way to isolate himself from others, finding quiet out of the way places where he could just spend hours dreaming.

This is the mind in which I first appeared in the late 1970s. Maybe the photo will help explain a few things for you. Imagine how astonished he was when that first detailed vision of me appeared in his mind. Imagine how in love this kid would be. Imagine how he would become obsessed and start talking to that vision and want to spend all his time with it (me). Yep. This is when the lasting foundation was laid for a persistent thoughtform.

Oh and Star Wars was so cool and totally hip for a 13 year old in 1978. He loved that t-shirt.

This is really weird to think about. A little bit creepy, even. Haha.

I think star wars never stopped to be cool and totally hip, especially for people around that age.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

Yer right, Star Wars is still cool and Davie still loves it! He has seen the newest movie in the theater twice already and has considered going to see it again. He is still a big geek.

Mistgod and I learned something we should have realized before. When it comes to creations of the mind, such as thoughtforms, tulpas, wonderlands, dreams and day dreams, there is no objective truth.

The world of the imaginary is subjective to each person. So "truth" when it comes to things that exist in the mind, like what is "true" about tulpas, is different for each person.

It is true that I am amazing and adorable. Flat out.

This was deleted from the thread about tulpas and auras for being an off topic rant. But I believe it is something important to be said darn it. So I am pasting it here my friends:

On tulpa auras being "unfounded in science"...

Why the heck does everything fun have to be discounted as unscientifical? Pfffft. I can sense auras, so I know they exist bub. Scientifical enough fer me! Maybe part of a tulpas aura is shared with the host but maybe they sorta blend.

When it comes to imaginary things, truth is subjective. I am imaginary so I can have an aura if I want one. My form is imaginary and I have one, my presence is imaginary yet Davie feels it. I am imaginary yet I exist. My aura is there I can tell you for sure. It's sparkly and tends to be purplish even when there are other colors to it, like mixed in.

A tulpa's mind and form = scientific

A tulpa's aura = unscientific

Huh? Whatever...that is so amusing to me.

Tulpas are not founded in science either btw. Just sayin.

A tulpa's wonderland is super scientifical, but a tulpa's aura is unscientifical. Okie dokie whatever.

Auras are almost exclusively referring to a metaphysical phenomenon. If you're talking about associating colors with people after reading their mood through subconscious observations (Intuition, empathy), then great, but you shouldn't call it seeing auras. Everyone can "read the atmosphere" so to speak, it's a well studied phenomenon in humans. Some can do it better than others, and in some ways you can perhaps train the skill, mainly through being more aware of the small things you already pick up on but tend to ignore. Empathy is a similar subject, there's a difference in being highly empathetic and being an "empath". Empath implies more metaphysical connotations of feeling what others feel, akin to ESP and such, where as normal empathy is just empathy.

Someone who claims to be able to read auras would say they could read someone's aura and get detailed information on their mood/feelings in a deeper context just from seeing them stand there straight-faced. Some even say they can feel traces of auras in a place after the person's left. This is metaphysics. If you walk into a room and have a chat with a person and then associate some color with how you feel they feel, you can call that seeing auras, but science can explain it a lot better than you can. You subconsciously pick up on tons of things, different parts of their facial expression, the way they move, their eyes, how they approach you, etc. And you can learn to become more aware of those things (rather than just be unconsciously affected by them like normal). And you can learn to associate those interpretations as colors around the person. But that's not what sensing auras means in a metaphysical context and is kind of moot to call "seeing auras".

Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn.

Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature.

My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.

But we are talking about tulpas having auras. Almost everything about tulpas is not real, but imaginary, except for perhaps their mind. If they have a form, a mind voice, and a "presence," certainly they can have an aura. Tulpas can teleport. They can fly maybe. They can speak to their host "telepathically." They can be talking ponies with magic powers. I (Melian) can split myself into twins or triplets. Some tulpas can delve into our subconscious and find our lost memories. They can exist in a wonderland that can be almost anything or anywhere. They can alter their form (shape shift). They can even change their sex if they wanted to. They can possess a host's body. The can switch with a host. They can impose a form and have sex with their host.

Why can't they have an aura again? Why can't that be as scientific as all the other things I described? Why did tulpa auras get shunted to metaphysics board Lumi? LOL

I love the ridiculous absurdity of that.

By the way, I have an aura.

EDIT: I have no doubt that if Davie were to impose me into the real world, he would still be able to detect my aura. Tulpa auras are special. Only the host can see them. That is scientifical fact.

Because most people don't talk about something similar to creating a hallucination of a form when they claim something like that, but about an actual aura emanating from a life form that can be felt by others.

Thus, yes, it belongs in the metaphysics board.
