Different Strokes for different... Hosts and Tulpas!

Hey, guys!

 

I thought this would be a funny little thread, so I thought I'd post it.

Answer the following questions, both the hosts and tuppers!

 

1) Is there any food you like, but your host / tulpa doesn't?

2) Is there any drinks you like, but your host / tulpa doesn't?

3) Is there any music you like, but your host / tulpa doesn't?

4) How about your sense of humor? Is it different from your host's / tulpa's?

5) Anything else you can think of. Games, movies, art, whatever!

 

Hope to see some interesting answers!

Also tell about some funny situations concerning this, if you have some.

 

Esterina, so far, seems to like what I eat and drink a lot.

 

But I'm not as much into energy drink. It's good, but he thinks it's awesome.

 

Well, I only let her taste the one kind of Monster Energy yet, though, the green one.

I bet she'll be hooked on my favorites, Assault and Punch!

We also seem to like the same music, though she might be even more of a music enthusiast than me - she also seems to like acoustic guitar pieces even more than I do.

I recommend so too. It's really good!

 

Where we sort of clash a bit is when it comes to "aggressive comedy", with intentionally over-the-top racism or intolerance.

 

I don't mind it, but it doesn't make me laugh most of the time; Felix laughed like crazy though.

 

It's not that I like racism, y'know. I'm hardcore anti-racism.

But hell, if used right and just over-the-top stupid, it's funny. Or when it's used very cleverly.

 

I didn't see the latter yet.

 

I'll show her Serdar Somuncu sometime, a German comedian who can be disgust personified, but in a way that's beyond clever.

I wonder how she'll react to that ^^

1) She made me eat tomatoes, the one food I despised since childhood. Other than that, I don't think she has any preferences in food that differ from mine. Probably cause we don't have any preferences.

 

2) She doesn't like alcohol in any form, since it almost instantly shuts her down. Apart from the rare exception when she pops up to remind me that she's gonna tear me a new one for that.

 

3) Nope, nothing.

 

4) She's the only person I've met whose sense of humour is darker than mine. And that is something, considering I could make an angry mob with pitchforks n' shizzle just by telling one joke. And I absolutely love that trait in her. Getting upset over jokes is stupid anyways.

 

5) She hates video games with a passion. She has a valid reson to do so, though. They tend to make me forget about her.

Rina likes video games. I only played one with her yet, DoWII: Retribution's Last Stand game mode, and she seemed rather enthusiastic about it.

Challenge Accepted!

 

I'm a fan of spicy foods. Saph is meh about spicy foods. Really, Saph and I both appreciate spaghetti and pizza as the respective rulers of the food world. Her favorite food is my dad's spaghetti, and my own is my grandma's pizza.

 

I'm a fan of green tea, but Saph is much more into soda. Specifically the most unhealthiest(Mountain dew). I still have yet to see her response to alcoholic beverages. Although I really wanna see half the tulpas on here and hosts get drunk. Especially Mistgod. Just imagine that. XD

 

Saph is all about emotionally touching music, piano sonatas, similarly fashioned music. Then, I'm listening to heavy metal in the corner. I also find that LOLflash thing really catchy, she agrees.

 

Saph might act super nice and caring, but has laughed at some really dark things. I guess that's one of the things we really share in common, our sense of humor. And how stupid it is at times. I saw Pixels and while back, and Saph really enjoyed that.

 

I plan on beating Undertale with Saph. We'll both take turns each battle. Guessing her, we'll go a no-kill run. That ought to be...Unique. Considering our luck, it'll go terrible.

I pretty much like spicy foods. Melian does not need to eat and is really never actually hungry. However, in the Melian Show day dreams, she does eat as part of the show. She likes sweets especially chocolate and ice cream with candy sprinkles. She pretty much eats anything I wish I could eat. She eats like a cartoon character, taking enormous bites and eating a ridiculous amount of food in one sitting. She likes frosted cup cakes a lot and the frosting gets on her nose. Melian says she hates pickles. I love pickles.

 

2) Is there any drinks you like, but your host / tulpa doesn't?

I prefer beer. Melian likes wine. I am not a huge fan of wine, but I don't mind it.

 

3) Is there any music you like, but your host / tulpa doesn't?

We pretty much share our taste in music. Huh. This was an intriguing question that gets me thinking.

 

4) How about your sense of humor? Is it different from your host's / tulpa's?

Yes our sense of humor is very different. GREAT QUESTION! I love this! Yes Melian has a very strong silly side and a very active sense of humor. She is obnoxiously silly and thinks of jokes faster than I do. That is a very interesting aspect of her that I cannot explain. How can my imaginary person be funnier than I am? Yet, there it is. Melian has a quicker wit that I do.

 

5) Anything else you can think of. Games, movies, art, whatever!

Melian has a lot of interests that diverge from mine, way too many to list here. She likes fashion a lot and actually has a great sense of fashion. Her fashion style is retro girly or lolita lite, sometimes gothic lolita lite. Melian does her own art and her style is distinct from my own, although we do collaborate on its creation in the real world. She uses my skills as an artist and I let her be the one being creative with it.

That's interesting. Melian is uninterested in feeling what I feel with my senses. Melian lives mostly in the mind space and does not have a strong connection to the real world. The real world is not her emphasis, the imaginary world of her dreamscape is. She really doesn't have a lot of interest in experiencing the real world. I have made note of that before. Oh my this is interesting, well Duke is vegan so that's a totally different diet for him, also duke seems to enjoy more classical music, while i like more pop or something else. While i laugh at almost everything he rarely unserstands my silly sense of humor, he doesn't talks fluent english so he loses a lot of puns i just cant translate.

1. We pretty much like the same things. There's this specific brand of cookies he used to try and adored, so I eat that often. He doesn't hate it, just doesn't eat it anymore. So while I really like it, he doesn't exactly like or hate it at the moment.

 

2. I'm never really actively engaged when he starts eating or drinking, so I don't really have a preference. This encourages me to start trying new things, though.

 

3. My host doesn't regularly listen to music. No preference here, I just enjoy listening what he does.

 

4. I laugh a lot more than he does, but we both take jokes the same way. We both make jokes at each other at the same frequency, but I tease him a lot (hehe).

 

5. We both have a passion for art, by my art is definitely different from his. He prefers drawing human/humanoid beings while I draw anything that interests me. I'm also better than him at it in general.
