Hi,

it has been such a long time I began active tulpaforcing. Usually I get to our wonderland and we talk together and do stuff. But, since the beginning, I have some sort of visualization bugs. I explain : Some times, I see repetitive movements and nonsenses. For example I often see myself falling while walking, with nothing I can do or I see things that shouldn't happen (for example bike wheels that try to attack me).

It can be way worse when Smoke (my tulpa) can't even move and I see her body doing somethings weird like falling on the ground like a ragdoll.

I tried many issues (meditation, centering etc.) but nothing worked, I don't know if it was because I do it wrong or anything else.

If someone has a solution we'd be thankful

I don' think it will be easy to come up with a solution to your problem. Your bugs are probably caused by intrusive thoughts, which are randomizing your experience. I think the best thing to try would be to ignore it when they happen, and simply keep continuing with what you were doing before they happen. If necessary "reset" to the scene before it glitched.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

Yeah but I can't. It blocks me and I just can't ignore it

I need to open my eyes, shake my head, think about something else and go back to visualization

That's happened to me a few times, though not quite to that degree. What works for me is easing my way into my wonderland. So rather than taking in every detail at once, I focus on small things at first and work my way up. It prevents me from being overwhelmed immediately and adds to the realism once I'm focused. Occasionally I have to reset as NoneFromHell mentioned, stop visualizing, and regain my focus before I try again. It just comes with practice.

My tulpa's name is Vladimira. She goes by Mira.

It looks like you're giving the intrusive thoughts too much attention, and that's why it seems so hard to shrug it off.

I think some method you could try is symbolization. For example, think of your visualization like a screen and if anything goes wrong, you could move it to the side or let it fade away, and sort of 'redo' the scene, like NoneFromHell said. Intrusive thoughts will really only stop happening through practice.

I'm not going to listen to you guys since you are all probably just talking to yourself and don't really have a tulpa like me.

Paranoid Llama has some good suggestions. If the problem persists, I think that is possible to create a servitor to deal with intrusive resorts, if what I've heard is true.

Yeah I do suffer from visualization bugs too sometimes XD. Like one time Ad suddenly just started dancing on the bed, I tried to stop him but failed. I died a little inside when I saw him acting weird like that (normally he is a serious person).

For me the best way to solve this problem is stop forcing for a while. Maybe you have a disturbing thoughts at that moment.

AND I have auditory bugs also. Sometimes a song will keep playing in my head for an hour. Extremely annoying, I can't focus myself to read anything. Then Ad will be smashing a radio, as a symbolization to stop the songs.

You can think the bugs as a way that your tulpa want to make fun on you or vice versa. Once I had a bug that I kept visualize a shovel smashing his face (I hope it won't hurt), after I finally stop the bug Ad said to me with a rather annoyed tone: "Are you trying to kill me?" I laughed at him and after that we would take that as a funny moment that can make us laugh in later life when we think back.

Don't stress yourself to solve the bugs. The harder you tried to solve them, the more frequent they appear. Like you kept forcing yourself to forget some awful or sad memories, and they will turn out stuck in your mind forever. Keep a positive thinking. Take that as a funny moment or a joke in your wonderland. :D
