It has happened to me a few times to a slight degree. For example, as I was working through my tulpa's caring trait one day, I felt genuinely happy afterwards.

It's very hard to accidentally mess up with a tulpa. It's your mind, do what feels natural.

Magic is just science without sufficent explanation at the moment. I know about sigils as well, and I can attest to their validity in many cases.

I have been through an unbelievable number of forms of energy work. There's barely anything I haven't tried, though lately I've been sticking to Psionics because of speed and efficiency.

Are we talking "magick" here? I never tried the sigil stuff because I thought it was all bullshit. Hm, perhaps something to look into.

Magic is always taken as a joke because of all the Fluff surrounding it. One really has to strip it down to its bare components to get it useful in any way, which is what I did.
