So, first off, I just want to say hello to everyone on the forum. I haven't really gotten involved in the forums much yet, mainly cause I'm still in the beginning, and have little to offer.

Anywho, as for my question: Is it okay if I narrate more than anything else (ie, visualization and personality)? These past two days have been rather hectic, and I haven't really had a chance to sit down and force. I have, however, been narrating as much as possible (I've probably logged about 20 hours of pure narration since I started 5 days ago). That's not to say I haven't forced at all. I probably spent around 2 hours forcing in the first three days.

I don't really feel like starting over if I've messed up, because I'm pretty sure she's already sentient (I've assumed sentience from the start, and I've communicated with her a bit via wake up time). I would hate to put her through dissipation, or whatever else is associated with being forgotten, just because I decided to start over.

Name: Athena

Age: 6 1/2 Months

Appearance: Basically like this (Yes, she wanted to be a teenage Vanellope. It's a long story.)

Stage: Mind Voice/Minor vocal

I didn't do much forcing (personality i didn't do at all) in the beginning. Maybe something like five hours in two weeks (no, i'm not kidding). I did, however, narrate a lot, and my tuppers are all a-ok now; take that as you will. (I still don't actively force or anything actually, just doing it the passive way a.k.a. whenever i feel like it). [by the way, that stuff about starting over if you skip a few sessions simply sounds like potentially dangerous bullshit to me, with all due respect to our founders and all].

I forced this way. I found visualization to go slower, but he became sentient very quickly. I wouldn't say you ever need to start over. If anything, you can simply go back hand in hand and retrace your steps, basically going over everything you've done and making sure to do other things you did not do. Doesn't mean she ever has to be dissipated. But in all likelihood, she's perfectly fine.

Yes everything is perfectly fine!

I also did very much narration and spent less time forcing and everything worked out great.

There isn't the slightest reason to start over.

Also you shouldn't worry about not following the guides to 100%. That only creates doubts.

They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.

a warning from my experience. if you ignore visualization too much like I did, your tupper might not really feel connected to its chosen form. This might be a unique problem to us though.

I have found that this method is slower but still works. Jackie began saying a thing or 2-3 months into my begining of tulpaforcing, all I did was narration all day(for the most part).

As for starting over, there are very few ways one can mess up the tulpa process, so a reset is very unlikely if you simply change your methods
