Thank you! I hope I am doing better I feel like I fell off a bit when I got sick. I got clicker counters in and have been saying affirmations about my tulpas being vocal & me being plural / a system. I hope that helps. It's odd I put in the same amount of effort but sometimes I feel like I'm disconnected from my tulpas and other times connected to them. It's a strange thing but I try not to let it bother me.

I apologize for posting these so late, I was quite busy and sick. I am still Tulpa forcing as usual. Sickness ain't gonna keep me from forcing as we all know from previous logs when I got sick lol. I've also been busy catching up with my other to-dos and feeling kinda lazy but trying. I think this is one of my longer written logs due to me being really consistent with everything. I've been doing slightly different methods to improve my tulpa narration. I felt my tulpas presence strongly and more stabilized. I also am still practicing ADA/Reality checking for lucid dreaming along with daily affirmations.

It's official I've been Tulpa narrating 8+ hours for 3 months (90 days) and 283 days overall narration streak (9 months & 9 days). I do feel progress is going good I feel their presence very strongly and individually and tulpish much better than before. I am understanding how they communicate to me better because they are becoming more distinct as well.
