If you don't know what that is, it's a lucid dreaming technique using affirmations as you fall asleep. I know a lot about lucid dreaming and practiced and successfully lucid dreamed in the past. But my practice of it hasn't been good but I've been trying to practice all day awareness and reality checking more. So far my dreams are more vivid. I also kept a daily dream journal for a long time so no worries on that part. I've been making good tulpamancy progress so far. I have a 183 day streak of narration. I was in the shower and didn't want to narrate. I just said affirmations. I kept automatically trying to talk to my tulpas. Sometimes that happens randomly too especially when I do things that I normally narrate to my tulpas while doing stuff. Recently, I've been getting random head pressures and hearing my own mind voice say random things randomly and sometimes respond back to me without me even doing it or controlling it. It's not intrusive thoughts. I've also been practicing strengthening my own mind voice to make it louder and not so abstract. Which I think is helping with my tulpas mind voices/vocality. I think my tulpas are starting to develop their own mind voices or at least practicing how to speak inside my head. Nothing much happened in the lucid dream besides me noticing something off and I declared it as a dream and I told the dog why I thought so. I then woke up. I wanted to drink another one of those but I couldn't because it'll be like 1,000 MGs of sodium which isn't good for you. So anyways, I was going through withdrawals feeling tired and irritated. I did feel strong tingles on my left check as if it was real fingers touching me. I also practiced visualizing an app. 𖹭 I feel like my tulpas are starting to become vocal, I've been doing a new daily routine which seems to be helping with overall progress which is nice. "6.3. Developing Vocality The most important thing you will need to start getting genuine responses from your tulpa is some measure of autonomy, or the ability to think and move on their own. This may or may not be accompanied by sensation for the tulpa. Feeling seems to follow thought, although strong emotions come early. If you don't know what that is, it's a lucid dreaming technique using affirmations as you fall asleep. I know a lot about lucid dreaming and practiced and successfully lucid dreamed in the past. But my practice of it hasn't been good but I've been trying to practice all day awareness and reality checking more. So far my dreams are more vivid. I also kept a daily dream journal for a long time so no worries on that part. I've been making good tulpamancy progress so far. I have a 183 day streak of narration. I was in the shower and didn't want to narrate. I just said affirmations. I kept automatically trying to talk to my tulpas. Sometimes that happens randomly too especially when I do things that I normally narrate to my tulpas while doing stuff. Recently, I've been getting random head pressures and hearing my own mind voice say random things randomly and sometimes respond back to me without me even doing it or controlling it. It's not intrusive thoughts. I've also been practicing strengthening my own mind voice to make it louder and not so abstract. Which I think is helping with my tulpas mind voices/vocality. I think my tulpas are starting to develop their own mind voices or at least practicing how to speak inside my head. It probably helps that I'm on a 12 day 8 hour narration streak. 205 day streak on narration overall. I can probably see some people being like take it slow and others will be that's good. I actually find it easy to narrate for 8 hours probably due to how I've been already consistently Tulpa narrating everyday for months now. It's sorta now like something I do that's normal to the point in my sleep I'm half awake narrating and when I take breaks [which I do take a break especially in the middle of narration] it's hard to stop since I automatically start talking to them. I do notice a lot of changes when it comes to my mind. It's like doing these 8 hours kinda makes more results that I experienced in the past such as my tulpas having more distinct personalities in my mind & presence overall. I do deal with personality blending in the past but it's definitely stronger. I think I'm getting more vocality signs as well. But when I stopped to listen to it. It stopped after. A while until it started again. And 224 day streak of narration overall! I do notice slight improvements to their mind voices which is nice. I don't really get dizzy anymore when narrating for longer hours so I'm not sure if that means something. So, I meditated for like an hour to my tulpas something interesting happened after when I put on my sub and their voice lines after medication. I decided to try to meditate for longer. I was narrating a lot and even before mediation. 𖹭 I started with deep breathing and focusing on my breathing. I also said my affirmations. Until I was more relaxed. 𖹭 I visualized my wonderland and my tulpas as well which I did do good in the beginning. My tulpas gave me all different reactions. I also tried interacting and observing my thoughts that popped up. 𖹭 Soon enough, I wasn't really spacey or falling asleep but I was like spaced out if this makes sense? I was more aware of it. I remember being able to reach these states unintentionally in the past. In my last two of my tulpas were shopping with me and they fronted through me which is something that normally doesn't happen, usually in my dreams I just see them sometimes they interact with me but it's rarely. But I talked to them inside my head. So I'm not sure if that means anything. I was also half asleep and thought I heard one of my tulpa’s voices talking to me. I mainly don't want to overwork myself to make myself sick since I just recovered which was pretty fast compared to most of my family members. The main reason I still narrate is probably because of my body / mind being used to narrating that it doesn't take much energy and sometimes (most times) my brain automatically speaks to my tulpas. Plus, I wanna keep my streak. But I did notice I've been getting side effects again, mostly paranoia again like before. It sucks that my streak of affirmations, ADA, and RCs kinda got ruined. But that's okay. They've been more active now that I'm better though which is interesting. Like I feel tingles and such.
