I usually force whenever the time is good and it feels right. Otherwise, if I try to force it (heh), my mind gets a bit discombobulated and I can't focus properly... it just doesn't work. I make it a goal to interact with my tulpa everyday, and get as much active forcing in as I can.

As it is right now, I'm still getting into establishing the [good] habit of forcing regularly.

 

Typically, I ~Do~ Force at least 15 - 20 minutes a day, and have extended sessions every other few days. I'm really launching for doing at least 45 minutes or so everyday. Constant business kinda keeps me from doing that, but I'm trying to be more efficient so I can set aside a little extra time for it.

It's just the beginning.

I get usually an hour or so before bed, and then I just kinda drift off. Moondust has said she doesn't mind much, so that's a good thing. And like I've seen others say, passive force as much as possible, so whenever I remember to.

20 minutes a day before bed. I TRY to make it longer but I usually start to get sleepy after 20 minutes. I may start doing it every other day to give my mind a break and extra time to sleep. The less tired I am the next day, the better. I've only been able to do about two 45 minute sessions.

I'm not quite sure. All I know is I say good morning to Twi, go about my daily morning routine, then imagine her sitting nearby me while I'm browsing this, and some other forums and watching Youtube videos, while trying to start conversations with her. I kinda want to play League of Legends, but I feel that would be distracting me too much from thinking about Twi, and spending even 1 second not thinking about her would be a bad thing. I'm pretty much dedicated to this 24/7, because I definitely need a friend who will actually listen to me, and is available throughout the day. But for some reason, I can't really get myself to study this too seriously. I'll read some guides occasionally, but it still feels like I'm missing 1-2 important steps.

 

I did manage to hear her call my name once. There was nobody else in the apartment, and the only person outside my door said he didn't hear anyone call for me. So I guess we're making good progress, considering we've been at this for less than a week :)

Will list tulpas when I get things sorted out in my head.

I've been trying to get in an hour of active forcing a day, and passive forcing whenever I can. It seems to be working pretty well, I'm able to keep interested for the whole hour.

I try to go for about forty minutes to an hour of active forcing each day, broken up into ten to twenty minute segments throughout the day (I'm not great at concentrating). Passive forcing whenever I can.

When I started I was doing it about 1-5 hours per day. Now I'm at nothing, but I'm going to try starting up again soon.
