I have a huge problem, every time I enter wonderland I fall asleep, I don't get it how you people can spend so much time in wonderland without falling asleep.

What's your secret to stay awake?

My tulpa says it isn't a problem but for me it is, I feel it's rude to fall asleep when I spend time with him, I wouldn't really want my friends to sleep when we hang out, I had a friend like that, she would fall asleep on my bed, that wasn't really fun.. at all.. mostly boring..

Well,that`s...odd.I`ve never had this problem,And I`ve got a room in my mushroom tower that`s one giant bed, there`s like, pillows and shit, everywhere.Maybe you accidentally forced aspect onto your wonderland that make you sleepy? It`s mostly sunny in mine.

Force in the morning, after getting a good sleep?

Do you sit while forcing or lie down?

I lie down in my bed, I can't really go to wonderland in the morning, I've tried, I just fall asleep again, I've also tried during the day, same happens, also in the couch while sitting up, I even tried go to wonderland at my work, I almost fell asleep on my desk.

It's been a long time since I used the wonderland, but when I did, I'd sit up on a cushion on the floor, meditation-style.

When I did lie down, I'd have one arm resting on the elbow, forearm pointed up in the air, perpendicular to the ground. If all of that makes sense. Basically if I started to fall asleep, my arm would fall down and wake me up.

I could suggest listening to music in the background, or some kind of sound. Like white noise, that's always kept me awake. I usually listen to the heartbeat sound. Personally I wouldn't suggest actual songs though, with lyrics, because i've always found that distracting, but maybe it's just me. Anyways, i've found that it helps to be able to focus on a sound in the background to keep me awake, you could try that?

Seems like an interesting suggestion, I gotta try that too! Thanks! :)

When we tried to make a wonderland for the hell of it, my host would sit in uncomfortable or strange positions to keep him from falling asleep. It didn't affect our focus too much, so it worked for us, but I'm sure some others would have problems doing that.
