Luminesce February 7, 2016 February 7, 2016 Six months ago I was known as "Reisen"... That seems so strange. Didn't know where else to put this, but I wanted to mention it somewhere. (For those of you that don't know, my account's name was Reisen until I had it changed and used Reisen as a new account for my tulpas. It's now purely her account.) Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.

Luminesce February 7, 2016 February 7, 2016 Seems like it was a long time coming. But I know I thought of it before and decided they weren't active enough to warrant it. Not like they're active daily now, but it's a lot better IMO because it gives them some personality rather than just a name and color to everyone here. They didn't really post often enough for people to get a good image of them before. It was kind of necessary for Tewi, since she seemed likely to be posting quite a bit. Lucilyn was ecstatic, but that's not saying much. She sees some kind of potential in having her own account instead of sharing one, but I'm not quite sure what it is. Reisen's account is a bit weird for now, as most of the posts on it were from the others, and she doesn't speak much herself. Flandre doesn't feel like she needs an account, but I think it helps her feel better about herself having more of a unique identity/presence on the forum. And I like it a lot, there's something pleasant about seeing their standalone posts every so often as opposed to being a rare occurrence on one of our accounts. Hi! Guest Anonymous February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 Lumi, Mistgod thought you were a girl for a while when the account was Reisen. LOL
jean-luc February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 I just always assume that I have no idea what gender a person is on the forums, regardless of what their avatar/name looks like Stats is back: https://stats.jean-luc.org/ My visits to tulpa.info are chaotic. If you want me to see something, make sure to quote a post of mine or ping me @jean-luc
superhelicase February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 Gender is protected health information. Shouldn't have to share it if you don't want. *nodnods*
Luminesce February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 To be fair, Reisen is a girl. And from time to time I remembered I was representing her name and tried to do what she would do, but mostly I just felt like I was giving her a bad reputation. Now I'm free to ruin my own reputation all I want. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. Guest Anonymous February 9, 2016 February 9, 2016 hee hee I love you Lumi! Actually what is really cool about the internet is the gender anonymity. It allows me to express myself and get my own reputation. LOL Davie is that "man behind the curtain." Maybe that is a bad analogy for tulpas in general but it works for Davie and I and is pretty accurate in some ways. Okay, let's say we were face to face in real life and possessed, switched or whatever. How awkward would it be for the two of us girls Reisen and Melian to talk to one another? That is an especially funny vision if you take into account my mannerisms and tendency to want to hug everybody. We would get some stares from strangers. It's not just gender anonymous, it is age anonymous. Davie is 50 years old. I act and "feel" like I am like a young woman. The internet is weird but cool in that way.

Guest Anonymous February 9, 2016 February 9, 2016 I'm a girl Vosaiu. Just making that clear if it wasn't already. LOL
