Guest Anonymous September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 Are you bad at visualization? Heres's a fool-proof way to help with visualization. Wait until night, and fall asleep an hour ealier than usual. If you wake up in the middle of the night, good! If not, go to bed an hour earlier. Now, when you've found a time where you can wake up in the middle of the night, start reading on a portable device or something. Something that can change its lighting. Read for three hours. It can be anything. If you can watch videos, do that. After three hours, if you're tired, close your eyes. Imagine yourself in a Wonderland with your tulpa. You should enter a dream-like state. If you do, start forcing! You did the Dani Method Warning: May experience sleep paralysis
QB2 September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 This sounds a lot like one of those things that "totally lets you get to the truck near the St Anne and Mew's pokeball is under it". The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
Guest Anonymous September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 Well, it worked for me. I haven't tested it to see if it works again tonight.

Kindofajerk September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 This reminds me of a fairly common method for lucid dreaming. Witty signatures are hard to think of.
Chupi September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 This is interesting, I hadn't seen this method before. (And I was wondering what you were doing online at 4-5 AM last night -- this is late even for me.) I can typically get into a near-dream state through relaxation, meditation and a bit of 'tulpa magic'. It isn't a lucid dream, but it's vivid enough that I can see stuff well, and enter new areas of my wonderland and just watch them self-generate as I explore them. [i highly recommend taking your tulpa on adventures like this. If you think something bad is about to happen, you can just teleport the both of you back to a safe area of the wonderland or out to the real world.] Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
NED September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 I always force when sleeping and when i wake up at night. People keep saying thats really bad but Silver loves it. I approve this method. It works 90% of times with practice. Guest Anonymous September 21, 2012 Share September 21, 2012 I just tried it last night, randomly not even knowing what would happen. After a talk with Aria out loud, I started to just close my eyes. The cool thing is: its like you actually hear it.

Chupi September 23, 2012 Share September 23, 2012 whenever i'm sleepy, her voice gets clearer. may be that is common. This sounds like hypnagogia, and hearing voices in it is fairly common. It's a bit like a dream trying to start up before you're all the way asleep. Sometimes when I'm really tired and beginning to fall asleep, I hear random voices that say random things coming from random locations near my head.
