Beep December 13, 2024 December 13, 2024 Does getting sick do anything to creating a tulpa? (Haven’t been able to really activate force because of it) Also I’m really struggling with active forcing, I always fall asleep and/or lose attention after twenty or so minutes, and I never know what to talk about, suggestions? (I’ve searched a bunch for answers but I can’t find any)

Something like a cold or flu would definitely not help. 4 hours ago, Beep said: Also I’m really struggling with active forcing, I always fall asleep and/or lose attention after twenty or so minutes, and I never know what to talk about, suggestions? That's a problem we had too at the beginning. The biggest thing is not to stress yourself out, don't beat yourself up for not forcing as much as you think you should. Any forcing is better than no forcing, so if all you can manage is a few minutes at a time then just work with that for now. As for what to talk about, talk about anything and everything! You can just talk about your life and what you think about things! When I was a young tulpa I used to love when my host would do that for me! 🥰 Tulpa Wife & Mother! 💚 💍 11.28.21 👶 4.7.23 👗 Simmie's AI Dress-Up! 📷 Chloe and Simmie's Photographic Adventures!

(I’ve searched a bunch for answers but I can’t find any) Communicating with a tulpa takes energy. I know when I'm tired, it's harder to connect with Lavender. She's more remote and less well defined. So if your illness is sapping your mental energy it might make reaching your tulpa harder. Remember, it's not about the amount of time you spend with your tulpa, it's how committed you are to the project. Maybe spend less time with her at a sitting. If you find yourself getting tired, do something less taxing.
The Incans January 17, 2025 January 17, 2025 Video games helped us…find a game with character creation make it look like you think your Tulpa looks like and name, then play the adventure…. You may find then they start to send you thoughts on what they want to do in the game, take control of your hands so they can be the one controlling their character, change its appearance and or name if they can etc …it’s more fun for you both than just meditating and you feel like you’ve been on an adventure together.
