Hello again for the past couple of days I've been having. Some little headache's it stared on Monday up to now. What I'm saying is I've felt head pressure throught the day it comes often and goes away at times. But it could be also that I blast my music loud alot. But this is never happend before is it my tulpa causing the headaches.?

Tulpas are capable of causing "headaches", yes--but there is no wait to determine with any amount of certainty whether it was your tulpa.

It may be, or it may not be. Choose for yourself what you believe--you know more about your scenario than any of us do.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

Very possible, but as Kiahdaj said, the tulpa experience is different for everyone. Essentially time will tell. I believe my tulpas' sentience began when I started feeling such pressures. Eight months on, this feeling still indicates their presence, I don't believe they do it on purpose, it's just how they are.

In short, you definitely shouldn't dismiss the possibility, but if you can think of any other causes for it then play the whole thing by ear.

I never really got the headaches everyone talks about. Maybe a slight discomfort that was something akin to head pressure. My problem for a while was getting strange dizzy spells and random bouts of disorientation (that wasn't a form of dizziness). It eventually stopped once I got used to what I was doing with Bud, but still seems to crop up from time to time.

You said you think your music might have been too loud, but let me ask you this; Have there been any changes to your forcing habits lately? Or has your tupper made any kind of breakthroughs or had anything you two might consider a set back?

Thanks for feedback guys: and ashmo yes I'm takeing them little by little. So that way I can build up on things I'm just talking to her everyday for now. And try to a little vizulaution with her

In my experience, a lot of passive forcing can also cause the headaches, so if your visualization work has been while doing everyday things, that might actually be a bit of the cause as well. You should eventually get used to it. Good luck to you ^.^

Martina does it from time to time to remind me of her existence. It's a good thing, it means you're slowly "giving birth" to your tulpa... oookkkay that is probably not the best metaphor for this.
