LifeInside April 26, 2015 April 26, 2015 Hey. First of all, hi everybody! I'm new here and i will probably be asking some questions in the following days. I will begin with these: 1. Yesterday i saw someone's post where he said that lately he couldn't listen to a certain sad song without bursting into tears. He had begun making a tulpa, so this doubt i have appeared: Let's say i start making a tulpa, and it turns out she doesn't like The Beatles (let's imagine that's my favourite band). What would happen then? I mean, everything i feel in any of the senses will be sensed by my tulpa too, so if she doesn't like the beatles, will i have to stop listening to them for ever in order to not make her piss off/be upset? 2. I first knew about tulpamancy two months ago. I read about it and my fascination started. I thought i would love to have an everlasting life companion, but i'm not sure about something. You see, the main reason that would lead me to make a tulpa is not just this great fascination, but the loneliness i often suffer. It's not like i don't have any friends, or a bad family situation. I'm just an 18 years old boy who has never had a girlfriend, and as time goes by, it makes me feel worse and worse. Still, i don't want to make a tulpa to have a girlfriend, i just want to... ehm, feel loved? But here's the thing: What if i make a tulpa and we kinda become a couple, but some time later i meet someone and fall in love and so does that person and i want to be with her? Would i have to break up with my tulpa, or could we maintain our relationship as nothing happened? I wouldn't want my tulpa to feel she's a second choice, but i don't want to make a tulpa and stay single (in the "real" world) for ever. I mean, i want to have a human girlfriend someday, have kids, etc. Would i be making a tulpa for the wrong reason? No TL;DR section here, sorry lol. Thanks a lot in advance PS: I feel that making a tulpa is something i want to do before i leave this world. It's one of those things you just want to do. If you consider the state you're in when you dream, but with full control over what happens, that's kind of what it's like for a tulpa. The tulpa can choose to look at what happens to the body and feel its senses, or choose not to be involved with it at all and do their own thing in the wonderland. If they don't like your music, they can do something else. 2. Well, some people don't seem to mind creating a tulpa for love and sexual needs. I find it distasteful, especially seeing the tulpas created purely for having online sex. If something develops between two people in a head, power to you, but how would you feel if your father or mother brought you into this world purely as a romantic companion or sexual one? Perhaps a bad analogy, but I wouldn't like having the reason of existence being that some lonely guy wanted a girlfriend. When it comes to love, of course your tulpa will love you and the other way around. This is a bond closer than any other, one where you will truly, deeply understand the other party, and be with them through thick and thin. Don't worry about love and romance, you'll get a whole different kind of fulfillment and love from your tulpa. Feel free to ask me anything. Suffering is self-imposed. Don't let it control you.

About the second one: i don't see it ok when people make tulpas for love/sexual purposes. What i meant is "what if that happens, and then the human girl shows up". Again, i won't force anything to happen. If she is developed and sees me as his father (for example, and loves me in that way), then that's absolutely ok. I want her to be 100% free. Same if she sees me as a brother/friend/whatever. Just clarifyng, i didn't want to be seen as something i am not. Currently working on Seren, so that she gets to shut me up frequently.
Darcmanish April 26, 2015 April 26, 2015 1,My tulpa can easily stop listening to songs she don´t want to hear and it always worked well for us. The problem is if she want´s to hear music i dont like becuse i have to hear it^^. It can turn into a problem if you have a problem with it. Like i have sometimes when i start repeading the same song over and over again for an hour Lacie get´s pretty bored and i stop becuse she would be to anoyed even if she is able to stop listening it is still a bit of an echo for her. I think this is something personal and you have to find it out by yourself. Atleast i think it wont be a problem for you. 2, Well depends on the person you are and of course of the personality your tulpa has. I dont think they would be many tulpa´s which would get jealous if you clear your realationship or your connection in general. Everything should be fine or atleast i can tell with my own expierience that it worked well. They are also some people who have realationship´s with their tulpa and a other human and i think aslong as everyone is fine with it their is no problem. Lacie(my tulpa for my everydaylife and also my best friend) Noah together with Lynn are my spirituell tulpa´s im using for meditation Darcmanish Me Lacie´s and my progress report.
sushi April 26, 2015 April 26, 2015 Yeah, it depends a lot on the personality of your tulpa. Fenchurch has always encouraged me to be with my girlfriend. Of course I knew my girlfriend first, but still ... there was a year or so when she was on the other side of the country, and Fenchurch was encouraging me to stay loyal to her during that period. But not all tulpas are like that. Some can be jealous. "Some things have to be believed to be seen." - Ralph Hodgson
LifeInside April 26, 2015 Author April 26, 2015 Ok what you both say makes sense. It seems like i would have to find it out by myself according to her personality. The good thing is that it seems like it works out just fine some times, that's what i wanted to read. And the thing about the music sounds like a minor thing after reading your answers. Thanks a lot Currently working on Seren, so that she gets to shut me up frequently.
bunny-boi-lover April 27, 2015 April 27, 2015 1. Think of it like a friendship with another human. Would you end a relationship just because someone didn't like something you did? Just because you're headmates doesn't mean you have to experience everything together. It also doesn't mean that you have to stop doing something you enjoy just because your tulpa doesn't like it. It may be a matter of coming to a consensus about when would be best times to do that thing so it doesn't bother your tulpa. 2. I have heard of some hosts creating their tulpae, developing a sexual relationship, and then meeting human people they end up dating. It's really something that depends on the tulpa's personality and how the host goes about talking to them about it, as well as what all parties desire. The tulpa may want to break off that aspect of the relationship in order to help their host fill in the gaps their relationship leaves, or it could be a merger of the two relationships where the host has relations with both their human partner and their tulpa. Guest amber5885 April 27, 2015 April 27, 2015 1. I fucking hate Lady gaga. I'm just going to throw that out there but my host loves her for some ungodly reason. It's annoying but I can tune it out so no you wont have to give up something you like. 2. OKay you can make someone have sex with you but you can't make someone love you so the idea of creating a tulpa to be a partner is kind of ....well it's not going to work because you cant make someone feel things that they don't. But that's not to say that it wont develop on it's own. For instance, I fell in love with my host when she was 22 or 23? something like that and she rejected me at first but now we are in a relationship together and she still does date from time to time. That doesn't bother me. I encourage it. but it depends on the relationship you have and before anything happens in that way I would suggest having an open and honest discussion about it with your head mate.

Hey Toby, thank you for the answer, it's good to know what a tulpa thinks! Currently working on Seren, so that she gets to shut me up frequently.
