I have a question that isn't really important enough to have it's own thread:

Do you have a definite mindvoice? Does it fluctuate? Are there core textures and "sounds" that identify it as your own?

In my case, my mindvoice has the texture, tone, and sound of whoever I last heard talk for long periods of time, like after watching Cryaotic or Vsauce.

That fades though, and the default is one that has no texture. It has inflection and tone, but nothing else. When I thought that might be a "Taste of my own mouth" kinda thing, I asked Meti, but she agreed with me that there was no texture.

Now that I think about it, it's really weird and kinda creepy. Like looking at a cube that's simply missing a side. There's something that should be there, and at the very least it should be hollow, but that side seems to simply not exist, we just have a five sides cube even though that's completely impossible.

It also tends to randomly fluctuate between voices on occasion.

That might be why I haven't been able to mentally hear Meti, I'm so used to thoughts of all different types that one from her just doesn't quite register.

Eeee, there's Christmas lights down the road! And I just heard a chocolate kisses Christmas carol commercial (whoah, words). I forgot how much I liked the holiday season. I know thanksgiving is tomorrow but still, I can already feel the happy-warmness! Well, maybe it's coming from me, but it's gotta start somewhere right?

 

Feeling warm before it's even cold, but I'll take as much of the holiday spirit as I can get. We wait a whole year for this! I hope more people can feel it with us this time around.

Oh man, your holiday cheer is so infectious. Although my family has a strict no celebrating until December rule.

 

Personally, I'd be so much happier if I didn't have to receive gifts. Or give gifts. Shopping mall tyranny that. But the rest of the season is so exciting! Wall to wall Xmas specials if you want.

 

My host's favourites are Die Hard and Home Alone. This will be my first Xmas!

 

Then there is the traditional playing of the Grinch animation. (Not the movie, that was terrible.)

It's all about showing people you care and being happy together. Give those you care about a gift to show you appreciate them, take shelter from the cold by sitting together near a warm fire, and show that even in the dreary cold the human spirit thrives!

 

For a while anyway. Not everyone's as into it, and in some places it isn't even cold. But I'm not celebrating gift-giving or a holy figure, I'm celebrating love and togetherness. It's just the time of year where the most people are willing to do the same. Hopefully for those who don't like the Holidays, Thanksgiving gives them the opportunity to spend time with loved ones. But I personally prefer an entire month to just a day.

My voice is average in every way with a male tone.

Ivy's is like mine but higher pitched and female.

Samuel's is deeper and "airy" like he breathes out excessively for it.

Lucille's is a little higher than Ivy's and is almost at a whine level.

 

 

Also Lucille is now going by Raven. She doesn't like the name anymore.

My mindvoice is pretty equal to my outside voice, being middle-low tone and actually kinda loud.

Sam's voice is a little higher then mine, like younger sounding but very similar otherwise.

Clara's mindvoice is kinda like 18 year old girl, but with a playful tone to it.

Jessi sounds older, even though she's the youngest, with what sounds like the stereotype for a southern accent.
