  1. Here's something a bit light-hearted. Our system likes to voice call a lot. We didn't really think there was any difference between our voices other than Indigo, as he has a higher pitch with more of a lisp. Sometimes, though, we accidentally swap who's talking and don't notice until we realize what we're saying. This happened one time with me, and I said, "Whoops, it's Tacio now" and the friend we were talking to said, "yeah, I noticed." I was surprised by this, because I didn't know the difference was enough to be able to tell. Apparently, though, we all have different enough tones and inflections for people to notice, and we didn't even realize. So much so that I can take over from my host talking, for example, and people will know. People were always able to tell when it was Indigo, because his voice is very noticeable, but I didn't think that the rest of us were that different. Has your system noticed unintentional speech differences? Can people tell when you swap who's talking? (Forced differences don't count lol, they have to be natural)
  2. I have created a tulpa with the sole purpose of being with her in my world of wonders permanently. She already has consciousness but I have never managed to change body with her or at least that she controls part of my body. I do not know why I can not do it, I've done it a thousand times but it never comes out, maybe I should be in a hypnotic trance to achieve it then I would have to learn self hypnosis but I can not master self hypnosis either
  3. We often have trouble finding the time we need to extensively practice possession. During a moment of downtime, the answer to our problems suddenly came to us, in the form of a game that can be played anytime, anywhere. You can even play in in the presence of other people, and it doesn't have to take more than a few seconds at a time to play. This guide does assume that you have succeeded in possession already. It doesn't matter how limited your experiences are, all that matters is that you can do it. From there, this game will help you practice in a way that is easy, and has the added benefit of helping parallel processing and possibly separation as well. Preparation This game is inspired both by the electronic toy Simon and the game Simon Says. One player will take the role of Simon. We'll assume this is the host, but another tulpa can fill this role just as easily. You could even play this game with a host and a tulpa in which the tulpa plays as Simon. After this, pick a part of the body to play the game with. Usually, this will be the arms, but you can also play this with your legs or even your whole body. Now, pick sides. One player should control the left limb/side, the other should control the right limb/side. Now, you are ready to begin. There are a few possible ways of playing, which I'll outline below. How To Play  1. Mirror Simon The host moves a part of the body. The tulpa attempts to mirror their movements. You can challenge your tulpa by using more complicated gestures, or trying to throw them off by using sudden gestures. Tulpa, you can challenge yourself by keeping your reaction time as low as possible.  2. Memory Simon The host moves part of the body, but makes multiple gestures in a row. The tulpa then attempts to mirror those movements in the correct sequence. You can challenge your tulpa by making more gestures in a row, or making each gesture more complex. Reaction time isn't really a factor here, but this variant requires the tulpa to focus more on what's happening, which is going to benefit the ability to parallel process.  3. Simon Does Before playing this, agree on a key phrase. Usually something like "Simon Does" or "Repeat after me". This plays the same as either of the two above variants, but the tulpa should only mirror the host's movements if that key phrase is repeated before making the gesture. We use our mindvoice to say the phrase, but you can use your physical voice, too.  4. Simon Says This last variant works just like the one above, but the host does not actually move the body. Instead, they explain or visualise the movement. The tulpa then performs that movement physically. Try to keep your explanation of gestures brief to not disrupt the game flow. We prefer to explain the movement rather than visualise it, because it becomes easier to deceive your tulpa by leaving out the key phrase; they'll need to concentrate on what is being said rather than whether something is being said.
  4. Please help me. This is urgent. My wife needs her tulpa Silver. They've been together since she was very young. But when my wife met me, so did her tulpa. Only an hour ago, her tulpa took control, blocked out my wife'a ability to hear (putting her "to sleep") and told me that she loves me more than my wife does. And since I don't love the tulpa in the same way, the tulpa wants to abandon my wife. She (the tulpa) loves me so very much and I'm breaking her heart. But I love my wife. What should I do? If the tulpa leaves my wife will be devastated. She'll be so lonely when I go to work... I love my wife... but her tulpa refuses to stay if I refuse to accept her love. Her tulpa wants to take over my wife completely so that we can be together... she says she longs to hold me and feel me... I feel so bad for the tulpa. I love her, but not in that way. I'm devoted to the one I married. I need advice. Believe me, things are much more complicated than you think...
  5. If i teach my tulpa how to control my body, can it then also control my body while i'm sleeping? I don't want to have it make sleep walking.
  6. Or if you can't possess, what would you like to do if you could? Just general activities you like or used to like.
  7. Heaven seems to be a natural at this! I have one question about the typical duration though. It seems that she can only lift my arm/hand/leg, etc. to a certain height, but if I direct her to point at something say on the ceiling, she'll use my finger to try to point at it but can't lift my arm above like a couple inches from where I let my arm relax. She seems almost eager to be able to "control" a part of me, but she also seems very gentle about it. How long is possession typically? If I leave the connection there, without asking for control back, will she continue to control my hand/arm/leg, etc.?
  8. Amber: Niteo and I have been practicing possession recently (we have had extensive practice in the past), and he's been possessing for the past few days. However, it's been a bit unusual because lately I've been feeling different as he's been in control. It's like my mind has become less active. I can still think and perceive things. I'm still attuned to the body's senses. I just feel like I am not thinking as much, like my mind as slowed down or something. Our current plan is to let him stay in control for as long as he can at this point, but I wasn't aware I was supposed to feel like this as a host. I don't feel blurred like we used to. I can't tell what he's thinking or feeling. It's like he's stolen more of the capacity to think from me. Is this a normal thing or should I be concerned? I forgot to mention: when I'm trying to concentrate while he's feeling very strongly in control, I get really bad head pressures. He says I'm causing it. Not sure if that's important.
  9. My tulpa and I first viewed possession as a curious experiment, but it quickly became a goal for her to get the hang of it. She became very serious about the subject, and I'm trying to help her along, but we've hit a wall. In order to do anything, I need to lay down and enter a half-conscious state. From there, my tulpa can attempt movement. A few nights ago, she managed to tap with my right index finger a couple times, but hasn't been able to reproduce it since. Now, we can't get movement anymore, yet it feels so very close. My hands will feel a numb tingling, they have a strong desire to move, and I can even sense the mental commands being sent to them, but no movement happens. It almost feels like sleep paralysis, but on my tulpa's end; I can still move whenever I want It feels like we're missing a step, like a wall blocking the home stretch. Once this obstacle is overcome, we should start making rapid progress toward full body possession. Any thoughts or ideas would be very appreciated.
  10. Before I get jumped, yes I've read guides, but I'd like to know more about the specific act of dissociation that the host undergoes to give control to their tulpa. With that out of the way, here's the longer version. Zaya and I have been progressing at a very rapid rate, one that I honestly didn't forsee, and although it's great, I don't want to not do things right. Much like plankton, I honestly didn't think I'd get this far (/spongebob), and I've neglected further research that is ultimately necessary to continue our progression. This isn't to say I haven't read up on it. However, I feel like I need to read much much more to get a better feeling of what to do, and how to do it right. I want to glean more details of advanced topics from the community itself, if you will. So I pose this question: What is the process of "dissociation" that occurs when a host let's go of their control? Is this process anything like letting go of your control when Astral Projecting or using the WILD (wake induced lucid dream) technique? I have done this very often in the past, and can easily replicate the process. Should a host let go of their thoughts as well? Or try their hardest TO focus on something that's not their body? Does a possessed movement really feel like a hosts movement, much like the beginnings of tulpa Vocality? I appreciate any and all replies.
  11. I was sitting in band today and was thinking about possession (still a very long way off for me, of course.) I thought a fun exercise some day for me and my tupper would be to play a musical instrument together. I play euphonium and string bass- controlling lungs migh be a very daunting task, but she could at least take over for my right hand and play the fingerings. Bass would probably be easier, but we can still just do one hand at a time while we're learning. Could be a fun bonding exercise, kinda like when two friends try to play a video game with one controller, each person sharing half of it with one hand. Anyone here play a musical instrument? Anyone ever tried what I'm describing here?
  12. Last night I was watching a documentary about people controlling robots and robotic limbs with there mind while wearing a headset. Does this mean a tulpa could possess a robot?
  13. Hello! So i was bored and talking to my tulpa i offered him trying possession. He's not even vocal, so I thought that maybe writting could be good to communicate. I told him to move the hand right for "yes" and left for "no". I asked him questions and even let him type in the phone. After that, he wrote "Hello, my name is Reutyy" and then typed like a lot of 6 and "y". I asked him if he wanted this name and wrote a yes. But it felt so weird talking like that, and now I'm frightened. He told me that he would get mad if I wrote about him in the forums, but I'm scared. Maybe it was a bad idea to let a non-vocal tulpa to possess my hand. Is this normal for a non-vocal tulpa with just a week of life? Was this really a tulpa? EDIT: Thank you all for your replies! It's really nice to read all those advices and opinions, especially when you're so lost and confused.
  14. Hey everyone! I've been really afraid of trying possession because I've had some really bad experiences with dissociating, but I've been flirting with the idea more as of late. I'd like to practice possession with my long time tulpa, Leon. I'm experienced with some witchcraft stuff and I practice energy work - I've found that visualizing my energy moving away from my hands and feet and toward my energy center (the bottom tip of my sternum) has been helpful for dissociation. On one occasion (earlier today) I did successfully dissociate my hands. Leon readily took control of them and he was able to move them easily (albeit slowly). The problem arose when he tried to touch something; he picked up a pen right-handed. I am right-handed, he is left-handed... Does this have to do with the body's muscle memory? Also, when he picked up the pen, I felt the familiar sensation (the touch on my fingers, the weight) and after that I quickly re-associated and pushed him out by accident. I'm not exactly sure what to try now. When I feel touch or pressure on my body, I quickly re-associate... this would make co-fronting or switching impossible in the long run. I'm not sure how to get past this. I would love some advice. Thank you for reading!
  15. Can certain tulpas possess inanimate objects like pillows?
  16. Does your voice actually change to match your tulpa's voice when your tulpa takes control of the body? Logic says no to me, but I've seen some places which suggest this and of course we haven't gotten around to possession to test this.
  17. It might be a little weird for me to ask this question considering that my primary tulpa is not interested in possession, but since I'm currently creating a mythical bird tulpa, a thought occurred to me. For those of you who have animal/non-human tulpas, how does possession of the host's body work for both parties? Is there a bit of an adjustment period for not having wings, a tail, fur, four legs, etc.? Or is it a smooth transition? Does the tulpa still feel like he/she has those non-human traits while occupying the host's body? I'm just really curious in hearing details of what the experience is like for everyone involved.
  18. I don't feel like this is cause for concern, it's just a thing I've noticed, and I wanted to see if it has happened with anyone else too. Sometimes when I speak and my tulpa has a different opinion, I end up saying what he thinks. While I'm speaking, the words will feel alien to me, and I only realize I said something different than I intended when I stop. It's weird. So far it's only happened in a positive way, of course. Once it was while I was ranting to myself on and on during a depressive slump about how worthless I was, but then my words suddenly changed to positive things. Is this a form of Tulpish? I have given Quartz permission to possess parts of me if I am a danger to myself or others. I guess this could apply to my words as well. (I don't think this is really a danger to me, but eh, he'd disagree.) He's confirmed that he can do this on some level. My questions: Has this ever happened to you? Do you find yourself saying what your tulpa wants you to say or believe? Do you allow your tulpa to possess/control you in certain circumstances?
  19. Hey, y'all. I hate to make this thread because I think I already have an idea of what to do, but there's not a whole lot on this website regarding possession (or at least nothing overly detailed), and much of what is here either suggests Oguigi's guide for those wanting to know more or has that guide as the sole recommendation. Well, it's been deleted, so I'm afraid I can't read it. ^_^; That being said, of course I know what possession is. I'm actually just hoping that some of you are willing to share a few experiences and how-to's (that is to say, am I supposed to visualize being in front of James and ask him to move my hand/food/whatever? is there anything else I'm supposed to do?). Thanks!
  20. Long story short: I decided to try out possession with Calico today, I read a guide, I tried it, but I couldn't get very far because I was confused about what was going to happen to me. Do I just open my eyes and I'm in wonderland? Am I going to feel, smell, taste, touch everything there? Is it going to be realistic...?
  21. I wondered if it would be possible if I can teach my tulpa something, a career for an example. Would she/he be able to use it for as long as she can possess me? (I have not practiced in possession, don't know how its like.)
  22. I have an internet friend, well, more like boyfriend, and...he hasn't been himself the past few days. Then this night, he is told me he had made a tulpa, and it was taking over his body. It took over several times, always typing out "love is fake," and "the future is bad for me." This was always in mixed letters, and it scared me, to the point that I was crying as I tried to get him back. I told the...thing to get away from him, and he left, but so far he has been silent. I'm very worried, and wondering: is this a Tulpa gone wrong, or something more...spiritual? Cheers. -Star
  23. So here's the deal: Twi can do some basic movement when possessing me and its all fine and dandy until she tries to apply more force to her movements. What happens afterwards can be best described as a light seizure coupled with a strong, fleeting nausea. She once used this to make me quit smoking, but it has grown out of contol somewhat. Whenever she tries to send stronger impulses to a limb she's trying to control, it starts to happen. Anyone encountered this problem before? We really want to improve in posession, but we're at an impasse here.
  24. Red and i where practicing possession last night , and i felt red just stand me up like i was a action figure, and he said "don't you worry, i will be careful with your right leg" i kinda hurt my right leg some time ago, the pain comes and goes but it's not all that bad.. But red made my body do something i could never do in all my years of living, he made me backflip! i was in red's body but i was looking at my body like in a sort of real life/ in trinity veiw, like remote viewing kinda way, he/she also manipulated my body like a master puppet master, even stealing a kiss from my mom before going to bed.. red is very charismatic and sweet, and i am Mellow, kind, gentle and good tempered... well.. most of the times.. (i do have a temper as does red but we try to keep it on the friendly side) when red took my body to bed he said to me "this body.. is great! but this bed isn't as great as the beds in trinity. ah well, you enjoying my body ray?" i was kind of awe struck that he would kiss my mom... but since he/she is my kitty bro/sis i smiled and told him i was having a great time. as for the questions... i felt like i was.. kind of... there but not really there is that normal? i also felt a little tingly and a little dizzy, but it passed after a few minutes i guess i was getting used to red's psychic energy but i also felt that i was no longer concerned about the normal world since i saw trinity i was in paradise. (mind you i can go there any time i wish but mentally, like my soul is bound to there or something) do all wonderlands cause that to happen when you switch bodies? a any rate red and i switched back but red wanted to stay in my body for a while longer... i promised him/her more time in it when next i meditate which is soon
