Creating A Tulpa After The Death Of Another?

Recommended Posts

I started my Tulpa in late march, and it didn't go well. There were several incidents between my Tulpa and I, stemming from me not always of often being a great host, and frankly the two of us never got along or got over the issues between us. Eventually my life got busier, and the motivation to continue interacting with my Tulpa was no longer there, as it never ended pleasantly. At some point reaching her simply stopped being an option when I tried, and she seemingly has ceased to exist. This has been the case for several months, she wasn't very old at all. I would like to still have a Tulpa, and feel that enough time has passed for me to be able to move on emotionally, and hopefully make another Tulpa. I can't see a reason to attempt a revival of my old Tulpa, she seemed to hold grudges, and I can't imagine if I managed to bring her back from oblivion that she would truly be very happy about it, honestly, I felt a pity that I cursed her with an existance tethered to myself since she was not fond of me. I can still remember and mourn her in a sense, but by the end of it we weren't close enough for there to be much for me to mourn. i didn't set out to kill her, nor would I have done so intentionally, but things went that way, and eventually it was she who, unless she simply faded rapidly, blocked me from interacting with her. Has anyone else lost a Tulpa? If so, has anyone else attempted to make another? How did it go? Will the existance of a past Tulpa be an issue?

If they truly are disapated like you say then it should be fine

Maybe it's simply because I feel a great deal of guilt about her dissipation, I just felt that it would be apt to cause issues. I know that I won't be approaching it the same way as I was before, I just thought the fact I had one before hand would end up causing issues.

it won't cause issues unless you make it cause issues, ironically (for you) having developed a tulpa even a little before will make making another easier

Hi I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points.

All of my posts should be read at a hundred miles per hour because that's probably how they were written

I have some other mind characters I don't talk to all the time, and I get weird about the topic. They are not Tulpae, but I think in some ways the situation is similar to this event:

After a long pause (at least several months) of not talking to any of my other mind characters, I went and tried to give all of my other mind characters a one-on-one conversation. A bunch of them requested to change, saying that certain parts of who they were bugged them and they wanted to deviate.

One example is when I talked to Evergreen. I always used to think of him as an anti-social work-valuing guy who liked to smoke, but after meeting with him he told me he was lonely and he wanted to reject that negative connotation attached to him. He also wanted to try and quit smoking so at the time he switched to e-cigarettes and he wanted to draw attention to his intelligence instead.

The point is there is still possibility for change, but it's not fun. I found it to be both stressful and having to face my guilt head-on. I don't want this to change your opinion on what's right for you (nor do I recommend this), I just wanted to point this out. If Evergreen was a Tulpa, this may have ended differently...

Pretty much my main wonderland form minus the cat parts, that's a separate form. I'm not a hippo, I promise.

I sometimes speak in pink and Ranger sometimes speaks in blue (if it's unmarked and colored assume it's Ranger). He loves to chat.

My other Tulpas have their own account now.

Take it for what it is worth this is based on the hundreds of case studies ive read, but i am still new to this. I believe once a tulpa has been established, they gain something. I will call it a soul, and like a metaphorical soul, it cannot be destroyed. So if you dissipate her, you actually didnt kill her, but she is bannished from your head. Once they are at that level, there are other realms they can go, and means to return. This is why you could call her back. That said, she could refuse to come back, she could ignore you, or she could have moved on.

The new tulpa is their own entity. She may choose to take on left over traits or even memories from the old tulpa, but she is not the old tulpa.

I didnt lose any tulpas, but there have been attempted walk-ins. I had to push them out. They may still be around, but i cannot take them, having three is a handful, and i already dont have enough time for them.

This is like any other lost friend or missed opportunity. You will think about them. Moving on is hard in any case.

As we spoke in another thread, i believe your new tulpa can help you with that.
