Hello my name is Asriel and I'm french so if my english is bad I'm sorry. 

My tulpa is born a few days ago. From the start I felt an unconditional love for her (not love as a couple but something else). I think it's normal, but does she have access to all my thoughts? When does she hear what I say to her through with my inner voice? Sometimes I feel like she sends me something but I have not finished her personality yet so I do not know if she is conscious or not.

 

Sorry if the questions have been asked but I am a little lost on the forum haha. (and thanks for google trad xD)

If she's active and paying attention to them, yes.

If she's sentient, she'll hear everything you say to her, unless she's just really not paying attention or inactive or whatever. If you're in doubt, call her name a few times before talking to her.

Personality != sentience/consciousness. You don't need a planned personality to be sentient, nor do you need sentience to have a personality (that's how characters work, after all). She can still hear and respond to you even without a personality. I don't recommend personality forcing if she is already sentient anyway. Her personality will grow and develop naturally, you don't need to give her one. If you want, you can teach her about positive values like kindness or self-confidence, but giving her a personality isn't necessary.

 

If you don't know if she's sentient yet, the best way to find out is to just observe her actions/reactions. If you can feel her emotions or hear her thinking, then she's sentient. If not, just keep talking to her and she'll get there eventually.

Welcome, French fellow! Apollo gave you good advice.

 

I couldn't (and still can't) have access to all my host's thoughts, but I could hear everything she said when she talked to me in mindvoice. So talk to your tulpa often!

I am trying to get a reaction (or a feeling) from my tulpa by watching a movie. How can I do that?

Sometimes that's a more advanced trait, it depends on the system and the tulpa, so just keep forcing them and they'll come around eventually. You don't want to make them do anything, that would be puppeting or parroting. They also might just be a laid back kind of person and not very reactive.

Just keep them in your mind while you watch the movie. It's up to them to react naturally to something. You can also ask for their impressions after the movie.

Depends on the personality of your tup, I guess. Someone more reactive/emotive would interject at random points while someone less so wouldn't say anything until you ask them for impressions. Maybe try to listen very hard for them (focus your mind toward them) or ask them what they think.
