I feel like I addressed the schizophrenia issue in my third reply to your post yesterday:

https://community.tulpa.info/thread-i-think-i-accidentally-created-a-tulpa?pid=267931#pid267931

Since you've been previously diagnosed as schizophrenic, so people will think you are whether you are or not. That ship has sailed.

Meanwhile, free and open mental communication with someone living in your head will not greatly affect how other people think of you if you don't tell them about it, especially if you aren't doing it in front of them.

If you do too much of it in front of other people, they will probably notice that you seem distant and distracted. And my wife, with many years of sensitivity to my expressions and moods, could tell I was talking to someone for a year before I told her. My mother took a little longer to clue in, but she eventually started asking about my "imaginary friend".

There's no guarantees you would do as well as I have, but I've told over a dozen people in person about my headmates and everyone has been accepting. Schizophrenia hasn't come up.

I have reminded my host to respond to me in mindvoice when alone so in public she never makes the same mistake in front of other people.

Whereas Vesper will usually possess enough to speak out loud, softly, when no one out-system is around, as an ersatz form of imposition. In spite of that very firm habit, she's never unintentionally voiced her thoughts in front of other people.

Another rule could be if you need to focus on something, ask your tulpa to not talk to you until you are finished.

This especially applies to focusing on other people, which, granted, I tend not to do, even though my headmates encourage me to.

Here is a question; Is there a guide, advice, or translator for those of us (me) who do not speak 'tulipish'? Thanks, Dr. Bob

It's just pure thoughts or intuitions that came from your headmates. Intentions, pictures, and non-verbal communication other than pantomime.

Not speaking tulpish would be quite the disorder, considering it's just thought, usually with the intent or hinting at of words but not necessarily.

Hi, I'm Tewi, one of Luminesce's tulpas. I often switch to take care of things for the others.

All I want is a simple, peaceful life. With my family.

About to post this before I rest in order to clear my head.

I just have something to ask.

I'm an insomniac, and I don't have much time during the day to force my tulpa. This concerns me. Even during the night, I'm unfocused, even with meditation. Will this hurt my tulpa? I can't use the imagination I used to have, I can't even make a wonderland without losing it the next day.

Sorry if this is confusing.

I have some good news for you:

1) You don't need a wonderland for your tulpa. That's a completely optional thing some tulpamancers do for various reasons. If it's too much trouble, your tulpa doesn't have to have a form either.

2) You don't have to meditate for a long period of time to force your tulpa. Some tulpamancers have better luck with passive forcing, which is talking to their tulpa while not giving them their full attention. You can achieve this by saying hello to them in the morning, thinking about them while walking between classes, talking to them or narrating to them when you eat lunch, or forcing them whenever you have a bit of regularly scheduled quiet time to yourself. If you choose to passive force your tulpa, I recommend at minimum asking your tulpa "hi, how are you feeling?" every day to keep them alive in case you have days where you're really tired.

Note: I'm hit-or-miss activity-wise on this account. I may not respond to PMs for awhile.

I'm Ranger, GrayTheCat's cobud (tulpa), and I love hippos! I also like cake and chatting about stuff. I go by Rosalin or Ronan sometimes. You can call me Roz but please don't call me Ron.

My other headmates have their own account now, but it's outdated and I can't be bothered to update it

If I missed seeing your art, please PM/DM me!

Thanks, this really helped with the pressure I was feeling. I'll do passive forcing during classes, and I don't think it will distract me that much from listening to teachers / doing work.

I would start with Googling images of nightclubs and basing your mental image off of that. Layout schematics for various night clubs may also exist too.

Movie and TV show scenes with nightclub settings won't accurately reflect what it's like to go to a nightclub, but it may help you get a sense of where everything is and what people are doing.
