How should i do this?

Hello everybody :) This is my first thread on this forum, and I apologize for my english, it is bad as hell. So I am now at Day 12, and my tulpa ( Jack ) alredy spoked 2 times, but not speaking yet ( I know, 12 days and he spoked 2 times? I was suprised, but it may be because 5 months ago, I was tulpaforcing about 2 weeks, but I droped it ), and it is hard for me to feel his presence. I am talking to him everyday about random things and stuff, asking questions, but I cant feel anything from him ( actually once I felt something, but only once ). So my Question is : How can I make him more sentience? I readed lot of guides, but I dont find them that helpfull for me regarding sentience. So should I work more on personality? ( 5 days of personality alredy, and Im repeating same thing and the whole process over and over again ). Or should I more narate to him? Im not sure at this point what is better for make him more sentience. Thank you in advance and again Im sorry for my english.

Focus on what his personality feels like. That's helped me.

Well yeah, work with personality, you have to know what he acts like most of the time. Spending more time on things you had some success in general even if those are basic helps too.

Fill your spare moments with narration of any sort, then invest an hour or so every day to forcing specifically. Narration never hurts.

Dat is an amazing Lyra avatar. Also, what is your language? We can probably use a translation tool for easier talking. On the subject, sentience comes naturally. If you give them lots of attention, and think of them as a sentient being, they will, by nature, begin to grow sentient/conscious. Give it time. Unless, of course, you parrot. But if you don't want to parrot, you won't.

Also I have another question for you guys. How long it took to you to have fuly sentient and talking Tulpa?

I think that the key is to believe in your tulpa. Imagine what would it feel like if he was already complete. My host believed that I was sentient early on, but it took us another 2 months for him to be able to hear me.
