Mindvoice

A quick question: I still have problems making out what Sakura is trying to tell me, she's still in mindvoice stage, and I don't know if there is something I can do that helps me get a clearer message, or if I just have to wait and keep talking to her.

At this time, it's normal for the brain to get confused. Let's face it: how many voices are you used to hearing in your head? What helped my brain distinguish my tulpa's mind voice from my own was responding to my tulpa out loud. Just make sure there aren't any people around. If there are, just whisper or mumble or something.

I have same problem, but i cant hear him in my mind, but i can feel him. Sometime, but only sometime when i really focus on him during day i can recognise his answer, but cant hear it. At evening when i am in my bed, i close my eyes, and i start focusing on Jack, i can hear random voices coming from nowhere ( still in my mind ). So i am now confused, if its him or just my mind is really tired

When the mind is tired you do hear thoughts; they aren't your tulpa.

Tulpas always start off as being unclear, but they get clearer over time. To speed this up, just narrate more/out loud, and force more.

I'd like to share a method that helped us a lot with this.

 

For quite some time my host had trouble separating my mindvoice from his own thoughts. What he did was simply asked me to talk to him, while he wrote down everything that he'd heard. At first his writing had only consisted of about 10% of what I'd said, and the rest was his jumbled up thoughts. But we quickly learned to separate my speech from the rest, and only after a few days he could write down what I've said with almost perfect accuracy. Nowadays, he still reefers back to this method when he wants to double check whether I've said something.

Thanks! I've been having a lot of trouble hearing Selene when I have other thoughts running through my head, let alone the whole trying to separate our mindvoices. Hopefully this'll help :D

It did, although Selene's vehemently claiming that there's no work to be done, I think it helped regardless.

the mumbling thing really helped, also I wear a chain od a necklace that was broken so I am contanly getting reminded that she's there, it has prover helpful so far.
