MisterTelecaster December 4, 2012 December 4, 2012 My tulpa was originally a roleplaying character that I got so immersed in I started to make her into a tulpa on accident. The name has no meaning. I borrowed my friend's copy of the TES4 strategy guide for whatever reason, and I was looking through the suggested names at the front, and I picked a decent Khajiit name and twisted it around into something I liked. It was something like J'Khaja or some shit, I ended up with Khoja from that. Years later, after having turned her into a full tulpa, I googled Khoja to see what came up. I got this. Ban me if I ever mention Telecasters again.
Rythym Flow December 4, 2012 December 4, 2012 Rai's name is that of an OC pony I was working Rhythm Flow on at the time which was essentially a placeholder name until she could make her own decision...When I asked her about it she didn't mind the short hand Rhy so it kind of stuck, Rai just further distances her from the pony. Tulpa's Name: Rai Form: Female rabbit with white fur. Currently Working on: Imposition Tulpa's Name: Ashie Form: Female pale Green eyes, Green hair Currently Working on: Imposition
Coco December 4, 2012 December 4, 2012 She chose it herself. Lilie - 11 weeks old We're working on imposition.
Guest Anonymous December 5, 2012 December 5, 2012 Actually... Mika chose her name herself. I was originally going to stick with Pinkie Pie, but her first (and only for now) word was a name that i loved too... Mika :)
Flexionsensor December 17, 2012 December 17, 2012 Her name is (should) be Katrina. Why? Because I hate New Orleans. (I actually don't. My mom wouldn't shut up about the hurricane one day...) "DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!" Shameless self promotion!
Xantan December 17, 2012 December 17, 2012 Originally chose "alice" as a placeholder. It seemed appropriate as i was examining the tulpa phenomena and undertaking my own creation, much like seeing how deep the rabbit hole goes. I kept leaving it open to her to change as we went through creation untill one day when thinking about it i heard(mindvoice) a voice ask "why can't i be alice?" The use of "I" was pretty shocking and i had no reason to speak against the name so i stopped trying to change her name and let her be Alice. "The way is in training." - Miyamoto Musashi
PsychoticDoc January 9, 2013 January 9, 2013 Amy was always a name I liked, but my girlfriend suggested Amelia as a longer version. Amelia- Oct. 7, 2012 Mitsuki- Oct. 31, 2014
Chupi January 9, 2013 January 9, 2013 I have 3 of them currently: 1: Lyra, girl, 17 -- named for the heroine from Golden Compass, because at first glance tulpae reminded me of the daemons in those books; also sounded nice 2: Evan, boy, 14ish -- was originally an Eevee I gave Lyra to see if a tulpa could make another tulpa; he and I agreed to change his form to human after I noticed that we were treating him somewhat like a pet due to his size and form; name chosen because it's a reasonable name for a boy, and the sound of it reflects how he still has some Eevee characteristics 3: Anera, girl, 12 -- form made by Lyra as part of helping me work at switching, and not intended to be sentient, but she was moving and answering questions inside of 15 minutes (btw I don't typically get sentient-seeming NPCs); chose her own name later that night, and clarified the spelling by writing it on a whiteboard At present, Lyra is almost 9 months old, Evan is 5 months, and Anera is 3.5. Three tulpae seems like a good number now that I have them. I don't want any more at this point, but if they show up, demonstrate sentience and stick around, I'm not going to deny them an existence. Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
ZerothEnder January 13, 2013 January 13, 2013 I had two potential names for her, which were Syldra and Drakara. Syldra is from Final Fantasy 5 and is the water dragon that moves Faris' pirate ship. I use this name for a lot of female game characters, such as in Elder Scrolls games. Drakara was a more recent character name for my argonian chick in Skyrim. She seemed to like Syldra more. Dunno if she'll change it or not. My Tulpae: Syldra River (Jan. 9, 2013) Picture Erin (March 30, 2013) Picture
Couguhl January 13, 2013 January 13, 2013 I used to admire someone whose name I thought was Sierra for some reason, and I thought it was a beautiful name, so it stuck. Tulpa: Sierra Forcing since July 2012 Couguhl’s Progress Report
