I’m doing some research on Tulpas for a college project, and I was hoping to have as many others help me with an experiment to add to my research paper. The goal is to get as many as possible on board with creating the same tulpa and seeing what happens. The experiment is being conducted in hopes to provide evidence that the human mind is much more complex in the subconscious than we believe. I agree with Apollo, that doesn't seem ethical. Making a Tulpa is a big deal, and I don't know how I would feel if I had a bunch of clones of "me" and that's why I exist. I am against the idea of creating Tulpas for "science" experiments of any kind, and I don't like the idea of using Tulpas to cure people issue's either. What variables are you testing in this "experiment"? If you are trying to study how people are different because brains are complex, you don't need Tulpas to create that experiment. Just ask everyone for their opinion on the same philosophical question and you will get different answers. Even that experiment has way too many variables though, but it has the same poor accuracy as your Tulpa experiment. If you want to do research on Tulpas, why not make an anonymous survey? A lot of people here would be more than happy to answer questions on how they created their Tulpa and the creation process. I'm like never going to check this account.
