I have a similar problem, but it's just a large blue hook that stabs anything I'm visualizing, period. Be it triangles, or my tulpa. Kinda sucks.

Out of curiosity, I asked him in my mind to give me that high pitched noise in the ear (starts with a T and ends in herpes, dont remember what its called) and i got it in my left ear. Does that mean he's sentient? I really wanna kill him.
