Aside from wonderland activities, how do I do things together with my young (1 month old) tulpa? He can’t front or switch yet, in fact his responses and mine sometimes feel the same so he’s definitely not full-fledged a tulpa yet. I want to incorporate him more into my life and the things I do like commuting, playing games, running, etc

The best thing you can do to incorporate him into your life is narrate to him while doing those activities! 😊 Tell him about what you're doing, why you're doing it, etc, and that will engage him in these activities. You can even ask him about things you see during the course of your activities; while commuting you can ask him to point out three things that are interesting; maybe someone has an unusual hat, or a poster on the wall is askew, or a bird has made a nest in a nearby tree! When you are running, you can imagine him running alongside you working out with you! These are some ideas but there are plenty more you can come up with along a similar vein! 😁 Good luck and enjoy this stage of tulpamancy, this is one of the most fun phases in my opinion! 😁

Necro'ing this as it might be useful.

The best things possible without doing too much out of the ordinary is to just talk to them. Pretend they are literally sitting on your shoulder and whenever something happens just talk to them about what happened, why it happened, how it happened etc.
If you have thoughts or you are confused about something, talk to them about it, imagine you're trying to teach an alien everything there is to know about the world.
This helps to build the "idea" in your mind that there's someone else active other than you, eventually, once you gain sentience and vocality, that "voice" will reply back and give you ideas, help you out etc.

Do not even think about fronting/switching/etc, focus on building something first.
